What do you like best about RapidAP?

What do you dislike about RapidAP?

No negatives about Rapid AP, any minor issues that I have experienced have been easily resolved by the support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RapidAP solving and how is that benefiting you?

RapidAP allows me to process (data entry and approvals) a large number of invoices efficiently and accurately whilst highlighting any issues (amounts not adding up, change in vendor details). It allows me to locate invoices and see exactly where they are in the workflow approval which is an immense help in a large organisation with multiple cost centres. I have received many compliments on the efficiency of AP within our organisation and this is a direct result of using RapidAP. What do you like best about RapidAP?

Rapid AP is an out of the box product that can be configured to meet your business process and workflows with real time integration and does not need months of consulting to design, customise and build like other AP automation workflow solutions out in the market. What problems is RapidAP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rapid AP provides the most efficient and accurate capture/scanning and workflow approval of invoice data reducing/eliminating manual processes and paperwork. It also improves the timeliness and accuracy of invoice processing as well as improve the visibility and transparency throughout the invoice process lifecycle. "RapidAP - Great Compliance Product and Efficiency Leaders deliver great support"

What do you like best about RapidAP?

RapidAP has delivered what was promised, accurate, very easy to use, and it was great we were able to set up our own business rules to suit your business needs.

The Efficiency Leaders team were excellent during the whole delivery and I cannot speak highly enough of the support team at Efficiency Leaders, they do an amazing job in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RapidAP?

FlexiCapture (ABBYY) sometimes has a mind of its own, you can change the Supplier on an invoice, then when the invoice is imported into RapidAP, it reverts back to the wrong Supplier, and you have to change it back to the correct Supplier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RapidAP solving and how is that benefiting you?

RapidAP has delivered anything we were promised, notifies up of any duplicate invoices, incorrect Purchase Orders numbers, bank account and ABN changes or new status.

Staff morale is up now as when we were using TechnologyOne CI cloud, it slowed the Accounts Payable Team data entry significantly, causing a back of invoices.

What do you like best about RapidAP?

RapidAP saves me time by being fast and simple to use, has good OCR when uploading invoices, flexibility to code to multiple cost centres, with multiple approvers. One of the best features is how easy it is to look up past invoices & coding by vendor, date, currency, etc. Also it is simple to train staff to use this system.
