Wonderful product allowing for enhanced efficiency **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civic & Social Organization | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024 **What do you like best about RapidAP?** * Fast and easy to use * Ability to code invoices to multiple cost centres and multiple approvers * Easy to track status of invoices * Quick, friendly and knowledgeable cusomter support **What do you dislike about RapidAP?** No negatives about Rapid AP, any minor issues that I have experienced have been easily resolved by the support team. **What problems is RapidAP solving and how is that benefiting you?** RapidAP allows me to process (data entry and approvals) a large number of invoices efficiently and accurately whilst highlighting any issues (amounts not adding up, change in vendor details). It allows me to locate invoices and see exactly where they are in the workflow approval which is an immense help in a large organisation with multiple cost centres. I have received many compliments on the efficiency of AP within our organisation and this is a direct result of using RapidAP. It is easy to use and customer support is always available to resolve any queries. ### 2. It also improves the timeliness and accuracy of invoice processing as well as improve the visibility and transparency throughout the invoice process lifecycle. It is flexible and easy to use and provides a cost effective full solution with identification of tangible benefits including cost savings. ### 3. The Efficiency Leaders team were excellent during the whole delivery and I cannot speak highly enough of the support team at Efficiency Leaders, they do an amazing job in a timely manner. **What do you dislike about RapidAP?** FlexiCapture (ABBYY) sometimes has a mind of its own, you can change the Supplier on an invoice, then when the invoice is imported into RapidAP, it reverts back to the wrong Supplier, and you have to change it back to the correct Supplier. **What problems is RapidAP solving and how is that benefiting you?** RapidAP has delivered anything we were promised, notifies up of any duplicate invoices, incorrect Purchase Orders numbers, bank account and ABN changes or new status. Staff morale is up now as when we were using TechnologyOne CI cloud, it slowed the Accounts Payable Team data entry significantly, causing a back of invoices. Great support which made the transition was seamless, would highly recommended. ### 4. It is User friendly tool and easy to implement. **What do you dislike about RapidAP?** Sometimes its too slow to process invoices for approval and this is an ongoing feedback from the broader business. **What problems is RapidAP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Approvals and processing of invoices is alot better now. ### 5. It is easy to log a ticket and the staff respond promptly with easy to follow advice / outcomes. The platform has really reduced the risk associated with vendor screening and bank account management **What do you dislike about RapidAP?** The OCR can be temperamental with some vendor invoices **What problems is RapidAP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Adding additional system driven checks and balances to identify bank account changes and duplicate invoices. ### 8. One of the best features is how easy it is to look up past invoices & coding by vendor, date, currency, etc. Also it is simple to train staff to use this system. **What do you dislike about RapidAP?** There are no obvious downsides from using Rapid AP. **What problems is RapidAP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fast processing of invoices to get coding and approvals, which saves me time and effort. ### 9. Its modern UI and intuitive screens make it easy to navigate and complete tasks quickly and with minimal training. I can also personalise to have my company logo and change the colours to suit me better. **What do you dislike about RapidAP?** Compared to the products I have used in the past there is not much I don't like. **What problems is RapidAP solving and how is that benefiting you?** For me and my team, it's all about getting a resolution to invoice related issues as fast as possible to ensure our supplies are paid on time.
