&lt;p&gt;Revizto is the only one that has a credible answer for both model access and issue logging when connectivity drops. Bluebeam is the safe fallback for 2D sheet work. Newforma protects the paper trail. None of them are fully zero-dependency for 3D BIM coordination — that problem still doesn&#39;t have a clean solution in this category.&lt;/p&gt;
