# Which rebate management platforms are best for distributors that need detailed accrual tracking so rebates are correctly accrued before the vendor statement arrives?

The "accrue it right before the statement lands" problem is a specific one, and it's really about catching discrepancies early, so I focused on what distribution reviewers said about accuracy and timing.

Enable: This is the one distributor reviewers tie most directly to the problem. They describe real-time GRN calculation, SKU-level accuracy rather than header-level, and a vendor agreement sign-off step that catches discrepancies long before they become invoicing disputes. One reviewer specifically credited it with picking up missing month-end dates that used to cost them income.

Phocas Software: Reviewers value the real-time payable and receivable rebate tracking alongside strong reporting for distributors. Fair flag, its rebate-specific reviews are thinner than its BI reviews, so treat it as the analytics-forward option.

Solvexia: More of a reconciliation and finance automation tool, but reviewers use it to match fragmented data from multiple sources and automate rebate and incentive calculations, which is exactly that pre-statement reconciliation piece.

And for anyone on Enable, has the SKU-level calculation been accurate enough to trust before the vendor statement without manual checks?

Your first question is the one worth settling before shortlisting anything: monthly accrual and continuous accrual need genuinely different tools, and paying for real-time when monthly would do is a waste. SKU-level rather than header-level is the detail that actually catches discrepancies early, since header math hides the line where the money leaks. The real test is whether you can trust the number without a manual re-check, because an accrual you still audit by hand hasn't really saved the work.
