"R2 Docuo is a simple ECM with multiple functionalities"

What do you like best?

I highlight several concepts as very good in R2 Docuo:

- The simplicity of use for the user.

- Intuitive interface.

- Cheap price.

- Cloud own R2 Sistemas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There are some things that R2 Docuo should improve:

- The possibility of installing the software on a client's own server.

- The speed of the connection.

- OCR reading of scanned documents.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are interested in introducing yourself in document management, and you are afraid to change the procedures of your company, this can be a solution for you.

We find that companies are afraid to change their way of working, and to make the leap to work without papers and work digitally. If they are offered a very large budget, that slows them down. R2 Docuo is a good tool to start with document management and support cheaper costs. I hope that R2 Docuo continues to develop the product so that it is not just a startup tool or designed for small businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has allowed us to give a document management solution to some of our small clients, who can not get a more powerful document manager.

The most powerful tool that R2 Docuo has and which I believe should invest more resources in developing is the workflow manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

at this time the venficios are all since my company worked with a local server and has nothing to do with working in the cloud .... because you have to adapt to another way of working with documents and when saving files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
