# Which Customer Journey Analytics Platforms Integrate Seamlessly With Existing Enterprise Systems?

To answer that in a line: Glassbox and Teradata Autonomous Knowledge Platform are the two platforms G2 reviewers most consistently describe as fitting into an existing enterprise stack without a bolt-on feel, backed by both the Integrations feature score and the reviewer base itself.

I dug into this because a lot of platforms claim enterprise-grade integration, but the Customer Journey Analytics Grid Data only supports a couple of them once you look at both the feature score and who's actually using them:

Glassbox (4.9/5, 809 reviews): It has the highest Integrations feature score in the category at 99%, and 79% of its reviewer base comes from enterprise-size companies, the highest concentration in the entire Grid. Reviewers describe using it inside large, established digital operations, including tying session replay directly into existing account and support workflows.

Teradata Autonomous Knowledge Platform (4.3/5, 374 reviews): Integrations scores 90%, and 67% of its reviewer base is enterprise-size. Reviewers specifically describe it integrating well with existing ETL tooling and handling concurrent workloads across analysts, dashboards, and background jobs without breaking down, though a few note a real learning curve and higher cost.

Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) (4/5, 4,815 reviews): Worth flagging as the tradeoff case. It carries the biggest brand recognition on this list and a respectable Integrations score of 83%, but only 30% of its reviewer base is enterprise-size, and a reviewer specifically pushes back on the "native to Salesforce" framing, describing it instead as a bolt-on that's been tacked together over time rather than something that integrates seamlessly.

Is seamless integration mainly about connecting to your existing data and ETL pipeline, or about plugging into a CRM or marketing stack you already run? Those point to different products here.

For me, seamless integration would start with the existing data and ETL layer. If customer journey data can’t flow cleanly into the warehouse, BI environment, and operational systems, a strong CRM connector only solves part of the problem. I’d test whether the platform fits the current data architecture without creating another pipeline the team has to maintain separately.
