The product breaks basically every time we try to use it. And it's always very core functionality. Things like creating and sending surveys to recipients consistently don't work. The support is also awful and it usually takes 2-3 days before you can get a response. Don't recommend. Use Zonka or something else.

I've been astonished at how excellent Qwary is. The user interface, the smoothness, and the overall feel and functionality have way exceeded my expectations. You can customise the colours and the layout to a really granular level. There aren't any annoying bugs like (sorry!) VideoAsk.

**What do you like best about Qwary?**

This software is SO flexible. I was paying someone to create PowerPoint slides for my course. Then I realized that I can use Qwary to create presentations! I can upload images, and videos, move the images around, and change the theme. SO simple  but not as labor-intensive as PowerPoint. Also, this is the first software that I've found that truly rivals VideoAsk. I can ask my participants to leave text or video responses on their assignments. I also love the fact that I can embed these surveys anywhere I need to (e.g. LMS). I'm also impressed by the support. I reached out one evening and they got right back to me! They even helped me create and insert some basic CSS code I needed AND sent me a Loom so I'd know how to alter the code in the future. A tool can be amazing, but if the support is nonexistent, it's worthless. This is NOT the case with Qwary. Powerful tool with top-notch support.

**What do you dislike about Qwary?**

I would love to be able to change the font size and color of slides independently. Right now, the color you choose is what's applied to the entire survey and you have to use code to change one slide. I also would love to be able to change the font size on slides without code. If that ability is there, I've not found it.

I use Qwary to create presentations for my course. I will also use the video survey option to allow participants to leave video feedback.

**What do you like best about Qwary?**

It got a clean, modern but professional UI interface that makes it so easy to use and pleasing to the eye. It has all sorts of pre-built templates for gathering almost all kinda customer feedback. Plus, the audio and video answering feature is a totally game-changer when it comes to surveying customers, yep customers can choose whether they want to answer with text, voice, or video reply. But probably the most important one is word cloud features, which make frequently used words throughout the campaign. bigger, that is a crucial feature to have quick glance at most requested feature by our customer.

**What do you dislike about Qwary?**

It didn't have lead magnet download options after customers successfully completed the survey, which means we can't incentivize our customers for giving us feedback. A feature like that would be a game-changer for this tool.

I mostly use this app for surveying my customers and subscribers to know exactly what they what, and sometimes to gather testimonials for my premium materials. which is cool!

**What do you like best about Qwary?**

We were hired to take care only of NPS, but the program showed itself capable of doing more things. Little by little, we created more forms capable of collecting other information. It can measure user interaction; we can know who is engaged with our projects and see the satisfaction of our customers. It is not a complete program, but it has met our expectations.

**What do you dislike about Qwary?**

It doesn't have many integrations and minor layout formatting. We managed to leave the surveys to ourselves, but not quite in the way, we'd like. I believe this doesn't bother us too much because we can do teamwork, where everyone can play with the creations. It cannot be done simultaneously, but it is still beneficial.

It can't be treated as the best program globally, but it's beneficial and practical. It has helped us test ways to measure satisfaction and collect data from our customers. With this tool and at the stage we are at the company, we understand that Qwary will be very good to measure the quality of our services when the company is big

**What do you like best about Qwary?**

The vast options of survey types. I also like that for each type I can preview an example and get a feel for how my finished survey will look like, which helps in choosing the type to use (even if you are not super experienced in crafting surveys). Oh, also the multiple distribution options are delightful. There is even an option to distribute via SMS, of course I haven't used that yet, but it feels good to know the option exists.

**What do you dislike about Qwary?**

Never really disliked much. Maybe I haven't thought about it or maybe there isn't much to dislike. I suppose overall navigation could be improved. When I started using it, I kind of looked out for a save button, which doesn't exist but isn't a problem because your work gets saved automatically, anyway. The good thing is the founders are constantly gathering user feedback and updating features, so that is assuring that any real issues will be addressed if reported.

**What problems is Qwary solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I typically survey training participant's level of satisfaction with my sessions, engagement and content. And the analytics for reports generated by Qwary are quite resourceful. I reports on even the type of devices responders used, which kind of informs on how they may have joined the sessions. This informs my content design and delivery of few sessions knowing what devices most participants are joining the sessions by. It also saves me a lot of manual analysis and reporting time. Of course during the survey build, I can review how it will display on different devices so I make necessary adjustments to pictures (branding elements) I add to some surveys.

I also intend to use Qwary for reflective workbooks where online participants can answer workbook probes that help them ponder issues that the training helps them overcome or resolve. This is because by using this approach I won't have to send fillable workbooks (e.g. pdfs) to participants (which will prevent workbook duplications), but at the same time I can share participant's responses with them so they have copies of their answers for revision when they need to revisit the activities.

**What do you like best about Qwary?**

I used Marquiz previously, which had a very attractive front-end UI, but the reporting and analytics were non-existent. Qwary has brought the best of both. The logic is really useful to personalise, and I love the variety of question and answer types. The newly added Google sheet integration is extremely useful too.

**What do you dislike about Qwary?**

The URLs are quite clunky. The shorter version loses the branding, so right now, I have to use a third party URL redirection service to keep them well branded and attractive. That's the only drawback I've come across so far.

**What problems is Qwary solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Even though it is advertised as 'for surveys', I've been using it for lead generation and voting polls (for example, an awards ceremony when people had to choose a winner in each category). I am using it for internal and external surveys too, which is its bread and butter, but I think it underplays its versatility. At the end of the day it's an attractive form component with lots of flexibility, so there are plenty of additional use cases.

There are some good features such as being able to make video surveys similar to VideoAsk. The surveys also look nice and can be hosted on your own CNAME.

Customer support is a bit slow to respond.  I needed help because their help docs are not very very detailed. When support did come back they were very helpful, making a Loom video on how to solve the issue.

**What do you like best about Qwary?**

I am a developer and we all know that we are now in a no-code and API first world. Qwary offers both of these and their API support is robust. I am left with no words with the way they tackled my requests. If you have not tried creating the survey via API, I urge you to try it. This is the first of its kind and its awesome. MAnoj was of great on the support, 5 tacos to him.

Nothing I know of yet, the product is just amazing.

I have solved a complex survey system that I built for 2 years and it did not get close to the abilities of Qwary. I then decided to merge that survey with Qwary awesomeness and all went well. What is outstanding is I can view the survey and distribute it show as it is coming from my domain.

**What do you like best about Qwary?**

Qwary has a powerful yet understandable interface. Some tools tend to become so complex that while there are lots of possibilities, they are hard to use. Qwary strikes a very nice balance here, with being able to set conditional logic and taking replies from a earlier question as part of a future question. Another thing that is quite effective is embedding the first question into the mail that invites people to participate in a survey.
The best part however, is the automated results processing. NPS scores are calculated instantly and open questions are analyzed by emotion and occurrence of terms.

**What do you dislike about Qwary?**

The email function seems to be a work in progress. I was not always able to get scheduling reminders to work as I wanted. Occasionally, the interface glitches a bit, sometimes having to reload a page.

**Recommendations to others considering Qwary:**

There are many, many survey tools. Some appear free, like surveymonkey. Other organisations are using Google Sheets as a survey tools. They work, but they all require a lot of tinkering to get right and you still need to do all the calculations for NPS CES and so on afterwards.
Qwary gives you a well designed interface for building complex surveys, which are fully brandable to your organisations' identity. 
Qwary also gives you instant insights into the results, calculating NPS and doing sentiment analysis as results come in.

**What problems is Qwary solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For both our own purposes and our clients, we need to do research into customer satisfaction and product experiences. With Qwary, we were able to set up some surveys that were simple to use for the surveyees but complex on the survey-building side.  We sent these by mail, and a considerable group of our contacts took the survey because the first question was embedded in the invite.

It's got a sleek UI, it's super easy to use, and it feels nice to answer questions. I also love how seamlessly it integrates with my other research tools and data sources. **What do you like best about Qwary?**

I was impressed the second I logged in. The UI/UX is clean, sharp and super fast. Reminds me immediately of Typeform, which I have used, but by the way this team is going, this will be a Typeform beater. Super simply to set up, and the templates although basic are perfect to get started.

Best feature to date is the Video Survey feature. Game changer for me, as surveys need to be short and to the point, so the video features increases engagements and to further explain the 'context' of the deeper questions . This helps clients gain greater understanding. So this adds to the validity of the responses.

Couple of questions with support, and they were fast to respond, even the founder himself. That's an A+ in my book.

**What do you dislike about Qwary?**

I would like to see more native integrations roll out in the future. It's a young company, so I'd expect this to be a priority and will grow in the near future. Also currently no CNAME or embedding. No doubt the roadmap will continue to evolve and Qwary will be even better.

If you're looking for a simple, smooth and professional survey software, then Qwary is a good option, especially if you're not so technically sound. Ease of use itself is a winning reason to use Qwary.

Fast survey responses. The feedback I had from clients was, 'What software are you using?' So that means its easy to use from the participant perspective. And of course the more you ask, the better the understanding you can to serve your customers better. So trouble shooting gaps in our service, things we can improve, and also what future services are of interest to our clients so we can continue to evolve and raise the standards.

The font has to be bigger overall. It is very difficult for me to just look at the text of the tools in different parts.

I have to admit that my business has a poor relationship with customers. I'm trying to get this kind of mobile tool to fix it. (I think the old one is as important as the new one.) Qwary is the top choice. That I choose to use when I want (I have 3-4 hand tools of this type)

Software is simple to use. It's fast and got good UX.
The support is awesome.
I understand that the software could have problems on development stage, but the main thing is to resolve them ASAP, and they did it all the time, whenever I asked them for a help.
Now I know I have good software which is helping me in my basis daily routines in my business and also can count on a support if I will need it.

Qwary has lots of pre-made templates for different use cases.  It is multilingual and comes with an auto-translation feature. We use it to collect feedback on our website and to conduct market research on what new products to list on our website next.

I don't dislike anything in particular, but the 2GB data storage limit for the starter plan is low, especially since video surveys are live. This will fill the storage very quickly.

Qwary is a clean, (eventually) easy to use and highly customizable tool with a great price level. Their support is there when you need it and take care of things. Packed with features.

The UI might need some polishing or further automated onboarding tips for users to catch on some minor things. This is nothing too negative though, given it's a ongoing development. :) Great tool.

I like the beauty UX UI and fast system. The new VDO Survey - Qwary help me to work easier.

1.About many templates so it be good if you make some preview it .
2.Images in videos may be degraded in resolution and quality.
3.The sound of the video does not play automatically. Must have to press open first every time
4.Surveying models are still limited.
5.There should be a charge in the survey system. 
6.There are still some problems in working and BUG.
7.We would like to have more languages.
8.Should have options Let the respondents know how many questions they answered correctly.

**What do you like best about Qwary?**

Qwary simply answers my needs.  Whether I want to create a survey, a feedback form with all the NPS/CSAT/CES measurement, or a video interactive survey, Qwary just does them all.  This is an Enterprise-grade that can be both serious and playful depending on your imagination because of the vast of features.  The UI/UX are very intuitive.  It would take only a few minutes to familiarize.  In additional, the forms and surveys can be distributed in pretty much any way you want from social media, emai, qr, embeding, etc.  In additional, after the latest update, Qwary can even do video bubble and video interactive form.  This put Qwary against the big boys now.

**What do you dislike about Qwary?**

Nothing really.  However, I can see the UI and design can have some improvement to win more customers at first impression.  Qwary does not impress by its look unlike some other lesser platforms.  However, Qwary wins every anyone give it a try.  Another point to improve is the speed to load the video form.  Currently it is not bad, but an improvement could make it even better.

Do not let its simple and plain look disinterest you.  Give it a try and you will love it.  It is the swiss army knife of survey.

Getting customers' feedback are the most vital thing for me.  However, with all the features that Qwary has, I even make some fun and casual surveys that impress people also besides the main professional and serious survey.

The ease of use. Clean UI and layout. Unless some apps which has good functionality but lousy UI, Qwary combines clean functional layout with great features. 

You will enjoy using this tool which is very intuitive. The ready made templates allows the user to start almost immediately. Most of the stuff is well thought out. The questions are relevant. Obviously, the team behind this tool knows what they are doing. And has given great thought about the end-users.

Nothing to dislike really. I think in time, more templates would be added. They have been slowly adding categories and more templates so I have reasons to believe that this trend will continue,

I need a survey form that is easy to use and build. And publish. With good data collection. 

My PA doesn't have a rocket science degree. Neither do I. So we are happy with this tool which really makes it easy for one to set up and publish.

I also need a tool where the founder or team can help me to troubleshoot if I get stuck. I found one in Qwary. 

The price of Qwary is also very attractive. I was shopping around for one and almost bought TypeForm but the price was really lousy for me. It's even cheaper than SurveySensum, an up and coming survey form builder. But Qwary feels more sophisticated and focused.

Qwary makes it affordable for a small business owner like me and I bought it in a heartbeat after testing it for 1 day. 

If you test it, you will fall in love with it, I'm sure.

**What do you like best about Qwary?**

Qwary is a great tool for creating surveys and collecting feedback. It helps me capture feedback and measure NPS/CSAT/CES with simple and engaging surveys. The fact that it integrates with third party tools (either through direct integration or via Zapier) allows you to streamline your processes. I love the video surveys feature which allows you to connect directly to your audience via recorded video and make personal connections. Qwary provides a number of options to distribute your survey via Facebook Messenger, QR Code, Anonymous Link and many more. The interface is also beautiful and user-friendly. Qwary is a really solid product with a great team behind it.

Qwary's ease of use jumps out at you first. The user interface is super intuitive and you find your way around very quickly. The analytics is one of the best I have seen. Extremely detailed visual reports as well as GeoIP collection with world map representation by country.

Wish I had more control over the template. Maybe creating a 2 column layout where the image is on the left and the survey on the right. Looking for more integration and CNAME. Hopefully, this will be added in the future.

3) Occasionally you will find some minor bugs, but it can be reported to customer service, which will fix them as soon as possible. To be honest, from all the bugs I reported to them, they were already aware of them and taking steps to rectify them within the next few weeks.

**What do you like best about Qwary?**

This is a really user-friendly & versatile survey and questionnaire tool with a clean user interface (UI) and excellent user experience (UX). It has comparative  features as Typeform or QuestionScout, two other similar software tools, but without the hefty price tags. That says a LOT about Qwary! Features that we love most include whitelabel, multilingual surveys, branching logic, ability to collect responses via email and Facebook Messenger, and it's robus analysis capabilities (sentiment analysis, text analysis, keydriver analysis, comparative analysis, and NPS analysis).

**What do you dislike about Qwary?**

Cannot find anything to dislike about it because it caters to our requirements, although it would be ideal if they could offer video feedback as part of the survey/questionnaire. That would really make Qwary a very comprehensive tool in its category and will give Typeform & QuestionScout a run for their money! Nevertheless, I believe this feature is already part of their roadmap.

Qwary is able to able to analyse responses for sentiment. This way you can easily pick up the highlighted responses which are unhappy instead of having to wade through hundreds of responses.

Nothing I dislike in particular. I would like to see different design options provided for the thumbs up and star rating fields (i.e. I like the gold/yellow emoji type seen that is typically used on Whatsapp, etc).

Also I would like to see the ability to add custom fields to contact lists.

The team is rapidly adding new features to the product so I'm confident these will be added.

Do not hesitate and buy Qwary, I highly recommend it.

How affordable, clean, and intuitive it is. It also has NPS built in, which I feel is an enterprise-grade feature. Pre-made templates are also easy to use. Good number of integrations without having to integrators like Zapier (although Zapier is also an option)

Nothing really. I do want some extra features (like video testimonial requests) but that's not something to dislike. Also I hear that's on the roadmap

The flexibility I can have to customize my surveys, I particularly like the video and gradient background the most! First, the UI/UX is really great and reminds a LOT of Typeform. It's super snappy, no lags, super crisp looking a real pleasure for the eyes. Honestly, if do a blind test most will think it's Typeform. Crazy.

Second, the range of options are staggering, I couldn't even list them all here, seriously:
- video forms, you can collect customer feedback
- video chat bubble for lead generation is pretty unique for a form builder
- translation API for quickly translating your form in other languages
- lots of native integrations (Gmail, Outlook, Airtable, and many more...), without counting Zapier and Webhooks.
- The flow builder is super rich with a breadth of options, you can also do conversational forms and so much more. There is so much options that it almost appeals to add a visual flow builder at some point.

Third, the analytics are one of the best I have seen and will convince any corporate clients: extremely detailed visual reports, GeoIp collection with world map representation by country, you can compare answers between each questions and even better: sentiment analysis.

Nothing. to be more specific Qwary is so fully fledge that you almost wish it had a visual flow builder. The conditional form building is almost limitless. Having also way to visually represent those condition would be awesome and allow faster advanced conditional forms.

Typeform users: try Qwary and tell me if it's not a great contender.

Collect answers for CES, CSAT, and Net Promotion surveys for corporate clients and internal reviews.
People are delighted by the quality of the tool and often think it's from Typeform.
It really helped us to gather client feedback to better under how they use our solutions and better plan our feature releases. Our customers are delighted and feel heard, and Qwary undoubtedly ads a touch of class and confidence to the conversation.

If you are looking for conversational forms, the Qwary is for you.

But Qwary is not just a conversational form builder. Imagine that you have a few questions in your survey to send to the client, and one of the questions can be a video recorded directly from the browser.

There are multiple ways how to send the survey:
- a simple link, quick and easy (including your CNAME)
- QR code
- FB messenger, this is pretty cool
- via email
- text message (require some paid update)

There are more options with Alexa and Collect By Keyword, but I have not tried that yet.

Data collecting dashboard has great UI with charts, tables, and everything you want to present to your boss :) 

Overall Rating Index with happy-sad faces is something to like.

Customer service is lighting fast, and they are always on the chat, happy to help big plus for that.

There is only one thing missing IMHO - default flow for conditional logic, but they said the default flow is on their road map.

Report summary that can display overview for each question. 

The feature i love to use is ability to export/download csv file. It truly useful when working with other platform. 

Although, Qwary can integrate to other platform via zapier but I still prefer to see raw data like csv file. 

Other option that I like is the webhook ability which I can use to notify my application when someone or my client fill the form.

Qwary have many form control to choose and each form control have option to customize every part of form control. 

I see the potential when I using Qwary flow however it still can improve and add more features.

Two more feature I like to see is ability to accept query string or request parameter to assign hidden field and multi branding under one account.

Overall is great with many potential !

The url when we try to share the form is very long i need to use url shortener services to shorten url. It will be better if Qwary have feature like google form for shorten url.

Very flexible. We have only used it for NPS so far, but the amount of question types is very decent. Localization is a killer feature as well. Also, the guys are responsive and flexible in terms of feature requests and improvements-- thanks for this!

As a Product Owner, this is an amazing find to garner feedback from my users and clients. Qwary is very user friendly,both on the user & back end. For me, this aesthetic is crucial as users hate it when no care has been put into the thought process of eliciting their feedback. It is impressively adaptable & dynamic and offers good selection both for designing forms and crunching the data you collect. Make no mistake,this is not your typical survey collection tool but rather a standalone beast to gauge user experience and feedback. For me this is a brilliant Typeform alternative. Qwary also has a QR feature and I might actually cancel my subscription to another service I use for this and go with this if that delivers. It has multilinguality enabled & can be exported and if you wish to non-consider a response it can be easily done too.

Simplicity. 

Qwary is a feature-rich tool with every imaginable survey related feature laid out in the simplest of manner.

UI can look more modern. Such an amazing tool deserves an equally polished UI

Video surveys are innovative and that's something we are most excited about using

It gives me a better form filling experience.

**What do you dislike about Qwary?**

The lack of video testimonial and conversation feature. But this will be added very soon anyway. With these features it already serves my purpose.

**Recommendations to others considering Qwary:**

If you are looking for a better form or video testimonial tool or a typeform alternative, Qwary is a great choice.

**What problems is Qwary solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm trying to make it easier to fill up forms. By having interactions and filling up questions or fields one by one, makes it less often for people to abandon the form.
