**What do you like best about quipteams?**

Their customer service is simply great, they're always giving their best to make things happen. They always keep their SLAs either shipping equipments to new employees or picking them up when the person leaves the company.
They are very reliable and professional

**What do you dislike about quipteams?**

I can't really think about something I don't like about them, although there has been a couple (at the most) of times when the shipments were delayed, that happened because of a global shortage of Apple's processors. Anyway, they always kept us informed and tried to deliver everything as fast as possible

**What problems is quipteams solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before working with Quipteams we had to find stores/resellers to buy the equipments locally. Our offices are in Mexico and they have helped us to procure equipment in countries like Colombia and Brazil. 
Their payment process is also smooth and everything can be done electronically

**What do you like best about quipteams?**

An efficient process for purchasing a new laptop, storing it in the warehouse, and shipping it directly to the new hire. My new hire in the U.S. enrolled their device without any action from me. I simply triggered a Jira request by changing the status to ship the device from the warehouse with a webhook.

**What do you dislike about quipteams?**

Nothing bad to say, but the UI could be improved; however, they are already working on a new UI design in the portal, which I have seen. Will be publish to everyone soon

**What problems is quipteams solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding & offboarding. Simple, seamless, and all in one platform. Excellent webhook integration with ticketing systems such as Jira. I do not need to log into the Quipteams portal. The webhook and the design I create do everything.

**What do you like best about quipteams?**

Quip Teams is a total game-changer — super fast shipping, great quality, and a dead-simple platform. Laptop ordering, shipping, returns, and tracking — exactly what we need, nothing more. No fluff.

Their support is world-class, and they’ve filled the Rippling gap in LATAM perfectly. Up and running day-of. 

A new hire in Buenos Aires got her MacBook within 24 hours of placing the order... in addition to the speed of delivery, their pricing is fantastic, too.

We used to haul laptops to retreats just to hand them off to LATAM-based employees— never again. Now it’s all seamless, and MDM setup in Rippling is a breeze. Dream come true.

**What do you dislike about quipteams?**

The web app is very intuitive and easy to use. They offer support via slack channel, email, etc. 

The only immediate thoughts on an area of improvement is improving the payment UX/UI; not accustomed to seeing laptops delivered before payment was even asked for - ha!

**What problems is quipteams solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are an international company with employees based in US, CAN, and LATAM. Rippling does not deliver devices to LATAM.

I highlight their quickness in resolving issues, the availability of products, excellent service, and above all, that it is super reliable.

**What do you dislike about quipteams?**

I don't see any problems with Quipteams. The times there were errors in shipments or in management, they resolved them immediately.

**What problems is quipteams solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Management of hardware devices for the company and management of device recoveries or reassignments, as well as accessories. It is convenient and intuitive for placing orders, and operates in multiple countries.

**What do you like best about quipteams?**

I have been using Quipteams for a year and a half, and I couldn't be happier with the excellent service they have provided to our company. Quipteams was our first option, and they instilled the trust we needed from a provider. I appreciate the personalized service, with direct points of communication and always being ready to propose solutions and help get hardware on time for our team. They have implemented a new platform that simplifies managing logistics and invoicing by centralizing every aspect like requests and quotes, which has significantly streamlined our tasks. Quipteams excels with excellent equipment and good prices, coupled with outstanding customer service, flexibility, and the humanity they bring in their interactions. They are very efficient with their processes and are always willing to go the extra mile to assist customers.

**What do you dislike about quipteams?**

I would like to see more features added to their web platform, particularly the ability to connect it with Slack.

**What problems is quipteams solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quipteams simplifies logistics for hardware delivery in LATAM and the US, provides excellent equipment and service, and centralizes logistics and invoicing through their platform, saving time managing quotes and deliveries.

Global coverage, fantastic customer service, fair pricing, easy to deploy.

Nothing so far. We had an issue where once country didn't have ABM but that wasn't their fault.

As we grow and expand globally, we need to ship computers to users in countries we don't have an Apple Business entity and that's where Quipteams steps in. We were able to onboard, buy and ship to 6 new countries before other vendors even replied to my inquiries.

**What do you like best about quipteams?**

What I really like about Quipteams is that they have a wide range of options in many of the countries we operate in, especially across Latin America. We currently have inventory with them in Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, Peru, the United States, among others. Whenever we need a specific device model, they always help us find it. We've built a strong partnership by aligning our goals with their logistics processes, and everything has been improving and running more smoothly over time. We're very happy with Quipteams!

**What do you dislike about quipteams?**

Overall, everything has been great. The only thing I could mention is that there were some delays at one point with a specific type of device, but the positive side is that we were able to discuss it and work through it together. I believe we’ve made great progress and continue to move in the right direction.

The biggest problem they help us with is getting the equipment for the different collaborators in the different countries we work in. They also help us with storage and collection.

**What do you like best about quipteams?**

Quip's teams have consistently demonstrated their efficiency and support in the deployment of equipment across different countries around the world. We have never experienced any issues, and in the rare case that one might arise, they are always in constant communication and provide ideas on how to solve it.

We have been working with Quip for several months now, and their service has been highly professional.

I think our only concern about them is the fact that they charge for keeping the equipment of offboarded users.

What I like best about Quipteams is how reliable and fast the service is. They always find a solution when we need help, and deliveries are super quick and always on time. Catalina and Lola are the best—super friendly, kind, always available, and just make everything easier.

Honestly, there’s nothing to dislike! The experience has been great from day one—super helpful team, fast service, and zero issues. They keep improving and making my job easier with new implementatons like the QuipTeams Dashboard which is awesome!

Quipteams makes my life way easier by handling everything related to our tech purchases and maintenance. We started using Quipteams a couple of weeks ago, and during this time, they have delivered more than 10 laptops to different countries in the region. The equipment requests are processed quickly, and the deliveries are also fast. We are very happy with the service we have received.

**What do you like best about quipteams?**

We really enjoy working with Quipteams. They make it easy for us to manage work laptops, including buying, servicing, storing, and handling any ongoing needs, especially in countries where the purchase process is complicated. Quipteams adds the laptops to ABM and takes care of all agreements with resellers for us. The team is really friendly and fast. Shipping might take just a few days, even if the official reseller says it could take weeks. For nearly two years, we've been working with Quipteams and have truly enjoyed the experience.

We don't have any major dislikes about Quipteams and hope they expand to more countries.
