What do you like best about quipteams?

Quip Teams is a total game-changer — super fast shipping, great quality, and a dead-simple platform. Laptop ordering, shipping, returns, and tracking — exactly what we need, nothing more. No fluff.

Their support is world-class, and they’ve filled the Rippling gap in LATAM perfectly. Up and running day-of.

A new hire in Buenos Aires got her MacBook within 24 hours of placing the order... in addition to the speed of delivery, their pricing is fantastic, too.

We used to haul laptops to retreats just to hand them off to LATAM-based employees— never again. Now it’s all seamless, and MDM setup in Rippling is a breeze. Dream come true. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about quipteams?

The web app is very intuitive and easy to use. They offer support via slack channel, email, etc.

The only immediate thoughts on an area of improvement is improving the payment UX/UI; not accustomed to seeing laptops delivered before payment was even asked for - ha! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about quipteams?

I have been using Quipteams for a year and a half, and I couldn't be happier with the excellent service they have provided to our company. Quipteams was our first option, and they instilled the trust we needed from a provider. I appreciate the personalized service, with direct points of communication and always being ready to propose solutions and help get hardware on time for our team. They have implemented a new platform that simplifies managing logistics and invoicing by centralizing every aspect like requests and quotes, which has significantly streamlined our tasks. Quipteams excels with excellent equipment and good prices, coupled with outstanding customer service, flexibility, and the humanity they bring in their interactions. What do you like best about quipteams?

What I really like about Quipteams is that they have a wide range of options in many of the countries we operate in, especially across Latin America. We currently have inventory with them in Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, Peru, the United States, among others. Whenever we need a specific device model, they always help us find it. We've built a strong partnership by aligning our goals with their logistics processes, and everything has been improving and running more smoothly over time. We're very happy with Quipteams! Overall, everything has been great. The only thing I could mention is that there were some delays at one point with a specific type of device, but the positive side is that we were able to discuss it and work through it together. Quip's teams have consistently demonstrated their efficiency and support in the deployment of equipment across different countries around the world. We have never experienced any issues, and in the rare case that one might arise, they are always in constant communication and provide ideas on how to solve it.
