What do you like best about QuickLizard?

QuickLizard is a tool I utilize daily and I depend upon to execute my pricing strategy. Scraping all major competitive pricing was a very tedious process before and now I have access to this information by just logging into QL. Not only is visibility to competitive pricing important, but the ability to react and create sets of rules to automatically update my pricing has really made my life simpler. What do you dislike about QuickLizard?

I am doing some of my pricing related work outside of the tool by downloading daily reports from QuickLizard and manipulating the data in Excel to get to the output I am looking for. I wonder if there are opportunities with some of the work I am doing outside of the tool to build it within QL in order to keep this as a "one stop shop" for all things pricing related. What do you like best about QuickLizard?

Before using Quicklizard, we used to manually collect pricing data, which was time-consuming and inefficient. With this tool, we've not only become far more efficient, reducing the time spent on data collection, but more importantly, our coverage has expanded significantly - both in terms of competition and catalog. Quicklizard helps us map out market prices - for our products and other brands - allowing us to respond quickly to changes.

Their support team is responsive and cooperative. While the standard solution doesn’t always cover every need, the team is always open to feedback and, in most cases, finds a way to adapt the solution or create workarounds to help us achieving our goals.

Having a dedicated Customer Success Manager has been invaluable, enabling us to accelerate our progress. The team is engaged and supportive and there are regular touchpoints - including weekly syncs, operational meetings, steering committee sessions, demo sessions - making the project more structured and ensuring ongoing alignment and continuous improvement. Quicklizard tool offers a solid set of capabilities but new or customized feature requests can be limited or take some time. However, regular version updates and user feedback integration are being considered and driving improvement. The primary area where I seek further improvement, which I understand is currently under consideration, pertains to the visualizations within the tool. The supplier does provide all pertinent data via a daily feed that allows us to create our own visualizations. While there are existing visualizations available, it would be highly advantageous to have breakdown the data further, given the extensive nature of our assortment. What do you like best about QuickLizard?

The Tool is very intuitiv. the Team is very patient, professionell and friendly.

We can adjust so much more in our pricing strategies right now and in the future. We like the product very much and are happy about a really great customer service.

We have already a wonderful Account Manager at Quicklizard, but if Yonatan could speak german, we would be at 110% satisfaction. We have a little bit of trouble to make things clear in english, because of the high grade of complexity. We have several big brands and all of them need some kind of indivdual rule-sets for pricing in the future. A great thing is, that we can setup almost every pricingstragy we can imagine. And we can do it by ourself in a very simple to use system.

What do you like best about QuickLizard?

The QL team is great in implementing the exact custom solution that we were looking for. It is like working with a super responsive internal IT team, just better.

The tool itself is extremely flexible and supports a wide variety of pricing strategies.

We automated our full retail pricing strategy and empowered dynamic pricing for us. Previously our price update cycles were slow. QL enabled to react much faster. The second problem QL solved for us was transparency. Previously it was hard to understand why certain pricing decisions were taken. Handling of the Tool:

The user interface of the web application is designed to be highly user-friendly and is continuously optimized to meet customer needs. Competitive and product data can be easily analyzed and further processed.

When it comes to defining pricing strategies, the tool offers a wide range of options. Every pricing scenario we need can be covered and implemented effectively. Additionally, the A/B testing feature allows us to compare and evaluate different strategies, which is incredibly valuable in determining the optimal pricing approach.

Support:

We have a weekly meeting to address current challenges and market adjustments. These updates are promptly taken into account and implemented. Our point of contact is always accessible and consistently provides us with practical solutions!

Frequency of Use:

During our business's peak season, the tool is used almost daily. Competitive data is updated on a weekly basis.

data provision:

The data provision from our side, as well as from QuickLizard's side, is managed through an SFTP server. Once a week, we upload our in-house product data to the server.
