Their support team is responsive and cooperative. While the standard solution doesn’t always cover every need, the team is always open to feedback and, in most cases, finds a way to adapt the solution or create workarounds to help us achieving our goals.

Quicklizard tool offers a solid set of capabilities but new or customized feature requests can be limited or take some time. However, regular version updates and user feedback integration are being considered and driving improvement.
