What do you like best about QuickLizard?

Before using Quicklizard, we used to manually collect pricing data, which was time-consuming and inefficient. With this tool, we've not only become far more efficient, reducing the time spent on data collection, but more importantly, our coverage has expanded significantly - both in terms of competition and catalog. Quicklizard helps us map out market prices - for our products and other brands - allowing us to respond quickly to changes.

Their support team is responsive and cooperative. While the standard solution doesn’t always cover every need, the team is always open to feedback and, in most cases, finds a way to adapt the solution or create workarounds to help us achieving our goals.

Having a dedicated Customer Success Manager has been invaluable, enabling us to accelerate our progress. The team is engaged and supportive and there are regular touchpoints - including weekly syncs, operational meetings, steering committee sessions, demo sessions - making the project more structured and ensuring ongoing alignment and continuous improvement. What do you dislike about QuickLizard?

Quicklizard tool offers a solid set of capabilities but new or customized feature requests can be limited or take some time. However, regular version updates and user feedback integration are being considered and driving improvement.
