As a large retailer with a diverse assortment, there are similarities between products that we were not able to exploit prior to the Quicklizard pricing group setup. This has allowed us to be more systematic in our pricing strategy. The great flexibility the team has demonstrated has allowed us to further refine this approach. The 'logic' behind how prices are generated is intuitive and easily explained even to casual users. Quicklizard is evidently a very flexible system as it has allowed us to develop and implement many custom functions that our business has requested. The team is responsive and ships quickly, even for more complicated requests. **What do you dislike about Quicklizard?** There's nothing I dislike about Quicklizard. However, there are some minor weaknesses that have been raised from my users, the most important of which is that it can be difficult to monitor our price position vs. defined competitors. There is some friction in the organization where users want avoid automated pricing since they use unaccepted price recommendations as a signal of a delta between us and a competitor whereas the pricing team want to avoid unaccepted price recommendations as these are not very diagnostic (i.e., we cannot know whether a recommendation has not been accepted because it has not yet been seen, or because the user disagrees with the recommended price). Maybe it would be possible to launch a seen/not yet seen function for recommendations? Sometimes updates are shipped without informing about it beforehand. Usually, these are restricted to UI and therefore not a big deal. Integrations is not something I am tcnically involved in but from my perspective as a superuser supporting price owners and seting up strategies everything runs smooth. Performance is good and still improving. We have over 450000 products in the catalogue but the interface is responding really fast despite that huge amount of data being updated live. ROI is something I cannot comment on since I have no insight in the cost of setting up but I believe the IT/economics-departments at my firm are happy since the contract is still active three years after go live. Support and onboarding has worked amazing as an end user I have got help within an hour every time I have had an issue or question. Some issues have taken a bit longer to fix but then with almost hourly updates of how it is going. They have never been late on a deadline. AI has just recently been implemented in a small scale and tests so far seem positive on the note that it does not ruin pricing. Some refining still need to be done in terms of taking historical campaigns into consideration instead of aiming for that kind of turnover when not in campaign. But on products not in campign it works great out of the box. **What do you dislike about Quicklizard?** The biggest downside is the UI, which for many users can feel a bit too technically focused. It is constantly improving so not a big concern and when you got the hang of it it is fast and reliable. Competitive data is updated on a weekly basis. data provision: The data provision from our side, as well as from QuickLizard's side, is managed through an SFTP server. Using a tool like Quicklizard requires a certain amount of foresight. This was not present in our team from the beginning. We greatly underestimated the possibilities of Quicklizard and initially concentrated solely on comparing prices. That was a mistake! Now we use Quicklizard as a source of inspiration for our purchasing department and we have given our entire product management access to the backend. The product and regional level by salesperson provided a factual background on where other sales teams were selling the same product in the same region at higher prices.
