What problems is QuestionPro CX solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Question Pro with my clients as I am a CX consultant that offers VOC services external to the organization so the client provides me with their goals, objectives, and list of customers along with contact and other demographic data, and I design and execute surveys on their behalf. I also take the results, analyze them, and create reports that tell the story of how their customers are experiencing them and what issue may be preventing them from gaining more business from them or whether they are at risk of attrition.
