The most useful thing about Innosabi is the Campaigns feature. I think that is the USP of the platform as it helps to create an effective idea management setup. Though, I would love to have a more in-depth training for the same to undersatnd all the features.
The toolbox functionality is a step in a good direction, and hope that develops better and faster in the future.

It is a disintegrated tool form our normal tools ecosystem! For big corporates, they usually have a Microsoft or Google suite, therefore the Program pages, events, articles sort of compete with Sharepoint, MS Teams etc. and do not add any additional value.
Love the campaigns, but sometimes setting up can be a pain as there are a lot of settings which could could be confusing. So, maybe ease of implementation could be imrpoved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
