**What do you like best about Qualtrics Strategy & Research?**

I like that it's very easy to put together a quick survey with Qualtrics Strategy & Research and have various types of questions. The UI is intuitive and pretty for the person taking the survey. I found it easy to add questions in the format I wanted, rearrange/order them the way I wanted, and add if/then questions. It's easy and quick to build the survey. I prefer Qualtrics more than other tools because it's designed specifically as a survey tool.

**What do you dislike about Qualtrics Strategy & Research?**

I was having trouble with reading results as a whole. There was one question I had on a 1-5 scale and it was giving me the mean, median, and mode of the results rather than just the number of responses and the number on the scale they selected. I eventually found results in the ways I wanted, but it took me a little while to find the summaries, the results altogether, and the results by individual. Just maybe an easy way to see summary results and individual results on the main survey page.

I use Qualtrics Strategy & Research to obtain feedback, understand work quality, and plan future strategies. It benefits me to understand where clients are satisfied and dissatisfied. It's easy to create surveys with various questions and an intuitive UI, making it user-friendly for survey takers.

**What do you like best about Qualtrics Strategy & Research?**

I use Qualtrics Strategy & Research as a critical telemetry tool for our identity infrastructure. I love its ability to quantify the human element of our infrastructure by integrating X-Data and O-Data to map user sentiment directly to Azure performance metrics. I find Text iQ's automated sentiment analysis incredibly useful, allowing me to move from anecdotal feedback to data-driven decisions quickly. The X-O integration lets me identify specific 'friction points' in our identity lifecycle, helping build evidence-based architectures. I appreciate how it transforms unstructured feedback into a structured, data-driven approach. The integration with our Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure DevOps and Power BI, is seamless, and I value the automated feedback loop it creates for our engineering team. Additionally, I find the initial setup for basic feedback fast and the investment in configuring SSO and API with Azure AD worthwhile for its automation capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Qualtrics Strategy & Research?**

While the platform is incredibly deep, the onboarding process for advanced research modules has a steep learning curve. Additionally, for a technical team, the initial integration of O-Data can be more manual than the marketing suggests. I’d love to see more 'low-code' connectors for cloud environments like Azure, which would allow us to close the 'Experience Gap' even faster without as much custom configuration.

I use Qualtrics Strategy & Research to bridge the gap between technical architecture and user experience, solve unstructured feedback issues, automate security audits, and gather feedback on Azure AD deployments for data-backed decisions.

I like that we have a very solid support team that has been helping us over the year. I have felt a lot of gratitude for the results they have provided. I appreciate the breadth of the research and the depth of the information. Also, how easy it is to use and the quality of the deliverables has been satisfactory. I am grateful to be partnered with Qualtrics for brand research.

I did find there were some gaps that we discussed with the team that we wanted to try to fill. After the research was done, they didn't go deep enough in certain areas of our growth businesses that we wanted to know about. This resulted in a change of direction for us eventually.

Using Qualtrics Strategy & Research, I find it a sophisticated tool that's particularly great for university-level research. It allows me to easily gather, organize, and analyze research data which is crucial for presenting at conferences. The accessibility and ease of creating surveys, forming research questions, and sending out links make it extremely efficient. The ability to choose the right subjects and analyze data effectively has been invaluable. It stood out as more professional and organized compared to other tools like SurveyMonkey and Microsoft Forms, which I appreciate.

I would say maybe a more organized app would be good. That way, you know, we are able to do it from, you know, the comfort of our phone or an iPad. I think, you know, updating an app would be good.

I find Qualtrics Strategy & Research to be a powerful tool for survey and research, with support for advanced logic that can handle complex studies. I participated in complicated studies efficiently, and Qualtrics made them look easy, logical, and simple. I like the studies designed with it because they seem logical, easy, and interested in every detail. It's also very important to me that it loads quickly and easily on the browser. The initial setup was very easy, especially with the drag & drop tool for designing surveys.

I like the flexibility and the number of options available for surveys and questionnaires. I’m currently using it to collect applications for a program, and it’s been a good fit for that.

The export option is clunky and I wish there was an easier way to generate text files of each response rather than csv or pdf

I use Qualtrics Strategy & Research for collecting information from different demographics, which helps me manage services or products effectively. The survey builder stands out for being intuitive, allowing me to drag and write different questions using conditional logic and check everything instantly. I find the voice features useful, and the comprehensive dashboard features are familiar and really helpful. The platform is excellent at interpreting customer feedback and understanding nuances in emotional or sentimental analysis. It's a significant time saver, allowing me to manage my work without wasting hours, as it seems to handle information seamlessly compared to other platforms.

The platform isn't perfect. Sometimes the interface can get really, really heavy, especially when dealing with large datasets or multiple dashboards. It gets hard to comprehend the scale of the situation and understand what's in front of you. Also, sometimes the servers don't work very well, causing the pages to take too much time to load, which can hurt a bit.

Very easy to use interface, really like the depth that we're able to go into in the surveys.  Ability to link to tools the company is using is nice.   While I don't typically watch for performance with survey software, it seems to run fine.  We've compared Qualtrics to other tools used in our org and it allows us more flexibility and a better ability to ask exactly what we're looking for.

It's a bit pricy compared to some of the other competitors.  While Qualtrics is industry standard, would be good to spend similar to the other tools

We've used qualtrics to run our employee surveys.  It's done a great job showing the results and ensuring that we have actionable data to work off of.  We've also used it to collect user feedback and it works well, especially since users are already familiar with the tool.

Since their platform has very complex features, their learning curve is also a bit slow and complex to understand. Also, some of their advanced modules and integration are a bit expensive when compared with the competitors in this space.

QualtricsXM makes building surveys with complex logic simple, the interface is intuitive, and the reporting dashboards give clear, real-time insights. It scales well for large projects, integrates smoothly with other systems (like our online community, for example) and still gives flexibility for customization when you need it.

There is a steep learning curve for advanced features if you’re used to other platforms. Also it is a higher cost compared to lighter tools, and occasional frustrations with collaboration or survey ownership, especially if someone outside your organization is helping you. I also don’t find their text analytics to be great either. I haven’t explored the AI features, so I can’t comment on that yet.
