It required a high-frequency internet connection and its pricing structure is not suitable for small businesses as they are too costly.

Good survey platform with many survey question options, options for survey scales, randomization features. Limited features for experiments and conjoint experiments. It also has a block based design, which inserts too many page breaks by default.

I found using Qualtrics to be user-friendly and intuitive. Whenever I've needed to create a survey or add a special feature to one, it has been fairly easy to do or find the information I need.

**What do you dislike about Qualtrics Strategy & Research?**

There isn't much I dislike about Qualtrics Customer Experience. I think with advances in AI there will be more automated fill or assistance with survey creation, but for right now, its very user-friendly.

**What problems is Qualtrics Strategy & Research solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualtrics CoreXM assists me with surveys designed to develop a deeper understanding of people's psychological processes. It is easy to use and I like the interface.

It is fairly user-friendly (interface-wise) and by far one of the most robust survey solutions out there. You can design any kind of survey on Qualtrics, whether it is more of a free-text input type or a more traditional multiple-choice one.

**What do you dislike about Qualtrics Strategy & Research?**

It has its quirks - some of the Qualtrics/survey science terminology is not fully unpacked to users. You eventually get used to it, but when you are beginning to use it, you need some time to understand what each word (like intercept) means.

**Recommendations to others considering Qualtrics Strategy & Research:**

If you want a robust survey solution, this is it. If you want something simpler, something like SurveyMonkey should suffice.

I like the innovative ways you can take surveys with this tool. I also like that you have so many options to build and create surveys and export the data of your survey.

I do think that some of the data could be a little straight forward when you export. Sometimes it seems like that it can go a little over people's heads from time to time. It just needs to be a little more simplified.

I beleive we are solving ways to see what the consumer needs from us as an institution. We have a lot of events and it is essential that we cater to that need for our students and us.

Creating a smart survey is quick and easy. Organizing my questions is simple to do, and the interface is very user-friendly. I jumped right in without any training or prior experience.

**What do you dislike about Qualtrics Strategy & Research?**

The Data and Analysis tab is a little frustrating. It takes a minute to load and tabulate survey responses each time you open it. Then you have to refresh the screen to see the results. Seems like this could be faster, but hardly anything to complain about. Just an inconvenience. I'd also like to see canned reports in the Reports tab. I can create my own, but it would be helpful to have some examples of what I can do with my results.

**What problems is Qualtrics Strategy & Research solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need feedback on a myriad of topics, such as internal programs, pilot initiatives, evaluations for current and new software, etc. It was especially helpful gauging our internal employees during the pandemic when we felt we didn't have a good sense of what our employees were feeling about coming back to work in the office.

How to set up the survey correctly to avoid issues after it is published is still a little confusing for me. If there were links that I could select on how to avoid any problems that would help.

I am not sure about business problems, since I am using qualtrics for educational research. Qualtrics does help me to obtain data from students and nurse educators.

If you have the time, patience and skills, you can create surveys that do exactly what you envision. Getting there is another matter. Fortunately, support is very good. Some reps are more patient than others.

Surprised there aren't more templates that would be relevant to our work. The learning curve is also relatively steep; I find the platform largely unintuitive and hard to troubleshoot when things aren't working as you expected.

We use Qualtrics for surveys of all kinds, sometimes for scientific research purposes, other times for more internal tracking and feedback.

Would love some additional support with the look and feel of the surveys. Would like some additional, more advanced templates for questions, survey look and feel, etc.

In general, I think Qualtrics CoreXM is quite user-friendly and intuitive. It has the flexibility to incorporate various features when I design my survey on the CoreXM platform.

**What do you dislike about Qualtrics Strategy & Research?**

The  feature of "customized validation" is still a bit challenging, while most of the features are user-friendly and intuitive. Online help is not much help when it comes to more advanced features such as "customized validation."

**What problems is Qualtrics Strategy & Research solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualtrics CoreXM allows me to build in randomized block and incorporate "what if" type of features by using "display logic" and/or "skip logic" that fits my need.

The user interface is easy to navigate. Features are self-explanatory. The XM support is also easy to navigate; I've used support to search for features on several occasions and always found what I needed.

Because I use Qualtrics through an institution, we have preset branded templates. I never use those and prefer to start new projects from scratch.

Qualtrics helps us collect data from our constituents in an easy and efficient way. Before Qualtrics, our organization used word documents or emails to collect this data; Qualtrics surveys is a huge improvement.

I would suggest adding more scenario tutorials for people comparing various variables within one framework. For example, finding the relationship between age and vaccination status

There are frequent updates to the system that create some confusion in navigating. The software is fairly user friendly, but regular updates would be helpful to understand what changes, if any, have been made to the interface.

What really distinguishes CoreXM is the inclusion of a strong statistical analysis tool which reduces the need to move data into SPSS. The survey tool is also intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Qualtrics Strategy & Research?**

The only thing that could be improved is the dashboard, which is hard to share with NLM-Qualtrics users fonts and font sizes cannot be edited. This means that visualizations need to be recreated for leadership presentations.

**What do you like best about Qualtrics Strategy & Research?**

Qualtrics makes it really easy to build sophisticated surveys. I really like the workflow options to automatically send emails/responses to Excel sheets. Microsoft Forms pales in comparison.

I liked the old interface/UI better than the current one. Sometimes it feels like things that should be front and center are hidden in menus (like Collaborate).

Communicating with students in a survey or form format. It also works really well as a targeted communication tool. Students have gotten used to the Qualtrics format too, so they fill out the surveys.

The Survey building platform is very user-friendly and easy to use. We are able to manage complex surveys with the help of branch logics. Also, Core XM is easy to learn, so anyone with minimum knowledge of the platform is able to use it properly.

Having a Dashboard would have been really helpul in Core XM license. Although we have access to reports, but that doesn't help as much as having a Dashboard would help.

Building complex surveys - It has always been a task to build surveys which cobtains multiple logics. We previously used google forms, but we were not able to implement those logics there. In qualtrics, we were able to implement it with ease.

I really like logic questions. The ready-to-use templates are extremely helpful in getting your survey up and running. Provides a wide variety of question type options. I also love how I can use it for multiple clients at the same time. It is one of the easiest and most straightforward programs I have ever used.

It is quite expensive for small businesses. It would be beneficial if you could insert your surveys into a wider variety. I also wish there were additional template designs. Sometimes allows the creation of surveys that are too long.

It is a platform that solves the problem of collecting and analyzing data. The results can be easily shared with other people. It gives us the ability to use feedback left by customers. It is one of the easiest survey platforms to use.

I like this program because I can modify and customize it for a specific area. In this case, each of the projects that we create with this software is directed solely to our company with the objective that the contribution of each of these slopes is of great support and notably help the productivity of our work, one of the tasks of this platform is to strengthen our team, Qualtrics CoreXM is one of the platforms that respect the security of each of the users who participate and respond to each one of the questions that is raised. Therefore we will collect the strongest answers to add them to multiple functions within the company, the truth is we are quite comfortable with our development with this program and with the variety of purposes that we can give it in our work.

once I want to use the same format or type of survey again, this is very tedious when editing it, this is the only aspect that is a bit complicated and annoying, since we waste a lot of time for the program to allow us copy once again as we wish, there are many options that are not preset and we have to do them manually, its technology is a bit limited in this case.

I like the variety of question types available. I also like the efficiency of the platform and all the customization options. It has several question types so you can create very complicated surveys. I also like how easy it is to set up and create intuitive polls that can be attached to any list with a simple URL. It has all the features I need to complete projects successfully. One of the best survey creation platforms I've ever used.

I don't like how this tool organizes the spreadsheets after the survey is closed. Also the search function could be a bit better. Also sometimes it is difficult to access customer service.

The app is intuitive for survey creators and users. We can complete all kinds of questions on this platform. It's a fantastically flexible tool that allows me to do pretty much anything I want. There are many sequence options, various types of options like multiple choice, grids, etc. It saves me a lot of time that I would have to spend reformatting the results before sharing. It is the most comprehensive survey tool compared to its competitors.

There are many purposes that we can have for this program, with the help of the creation of these surveys we find solutions to different and future scenarios, since it is here in this space where the work staff can express their knowledge and other types of contributions for the expansion and exposure of their work, this budget maintaining the reliability and security of each of the people who participate in these forms, Qualtrics CoreXM allows us to create these totally pleasant spaces to ask questions and other types of surveys for compare results and study the highest percentages where the answers are inclined, this program is pleasant because it fully meets its objective and facilitates many aspects.

The truth to be such a basic program, we believe that the cost of this program is somewhat high, generally with programs of this type you can get to have a better payment plan to enjoy their services as soon as possible, and therefore On the other hand, the technical service department is a disaster, it is never up to our needs and does not help us at all.

The experience I have had with this program has been excellent since every time I want to open a new survey where all new and regular co-workers can participate with the mission of collecting the best knowledge that is of great help to the company, each of the questions that are formulated by this means are appropriate for the type of staff that we have, Qualtrics CoreXM is by far one of the best platforms for the creation of these forms, since it is very easy and simple to access each one of the functions of this program, this makes the experience of each of the users much more enriching for the reason that we can perform completely with this program and expose all its functions to the maximum, I like it very striking and creative that it is in each of the surveys.

One of the main problems that we see with this program is undoubtedly the size of its software, it requires a lot of space on my system to be able to play and run entirely. I like how I can make complicated surveys with Qualtrics, including logic, pathways, etc. I also enjoy how easy it is to export the data in various formats such as XLS, SPSS, and CSV.

I do not think the topline report/summary is very user-friendly. Sometimes it takes forever to load, depending on the survey length. I also think it's not intuitive where the "export the survey into Word doc" is. I always have to check my notes and remind myself where to export the survey. It's currently under "tools," when I think it should be under "export" with the survey results.

I liked that we used this system to have a one stop shop for all new hires and their vaccination status. We previously used HireRight in order to keep tabs as part of the background check. Qualtrics became a separate link tied into the onboarding experience and it was a place to hold every new hire and staff's information in one place.

**What do you dislike about Qualtrics Strategy & Research?**

I did not like the interface of the Qualtrics website. Finding and searching for new hires was a very difficult process. There was no easy tracking system or way to look up each new hire by name,  and we often needed to use the employee Id number to find the new hire. It was also unclear at times whether or not the new hire actually completed the survey or if the just clicked on the links.

It is solving the issue of having vaccination documentation held in one place instead of in each individual background check. A separate link provided the health support team with just using one platform for vaccination review.

It's not the most intuitive software, especially in getting into more intricate designs. The reporting across the platform is absolutely difficult to use (well), and that makes it a challenge. I wish there was more opportunity for the automation of distributions.

I like that Qualtrics CoreXM is a versatile and easy-to-use solution. I've found this tool extremely helpful for monitoring each client's account health from one place! It allowed me to start my Net Promoter Score project quickly and supported the Salesforce integration. My team was able to take advantage of their service to keep our board members and executives up-to-date with customer feedback, NPS scores, and any potential trends or issues impacting customers' experiences.

The individual survey results from Qualtrics CoreXM do not appear credible when viewed by a broader audience. I have been using Qualtrics since 2010 and was a little nervous when it updated to CoreXM, but now that I'm comfortable with it I really like all the built-in features and automatic suggestions. I can make use of pre-written demographic questions instead of wasting time re-writing them or finding my old ones and adding them in. I like their suggestions for making the survey more user-friendly prior to publishing, too.

It takes a while to load data and get results sometimes, but if I am patient or can do another task in the meantime, than it is not too bad. Otherwise, I think it is a pretty useful platform.

I like the fact that it is easy to access. It provided the best way to conduct surveys. I also love the ability to customize surveys. You have a wide variety of options for structuring. I really like how easy it is to answer questions. I also like the wide variety of question types available.

I wish there was a way to choose what options you need. Sometimes questions don't give a comment option after a question. I also wish that I could customize the fonts.

It is a simple piece of software. It works on any device and in any browser. It provides an easy to use survey method. It is a high-level tool for generating surveys. They have many different options for how you can choose the surveys.

The interface is user friendly, and the options generally cover most of my research needs. Not needing any programming knowledge has been a plus when training research assistants to use Qualtrics.

Some options are less customizable than others, and require a bit of tweaking and troubleshooting. The naming of questions and variables is also unintuitive sometimes which can hinder data analysis.

**What do you like best about Qualtrics Strategy & Research?**

I particularly appreciate the CoreXM dashboard from Qualtrics, which provides an easy-to-navigate overview of my survey projects. It summarizes project progress in simple graphs and creates a comprehensive log for each task executed on any given account. Additionally, it offers incredibly detailed reports with precise metrics that allow me to compare various aspects between different programs or conditions within one research effort (e.g., responsiveness rate over time). With quick readouts like these, I can promptly recognize possible complications inside vast data sets without spending too much energy interpreting scattered raw numbers alone — an asset when hundreds of questions court you!

**What do you dislike about Qualtrics Strategy & Research?**

I wouldn't say I like that when using Qualtrics CoreXM, it is impossible to link anonymous respondents' responses if provided with an unknown link. Even if the respondent authenticates their information via a Shibboleth session, it does not enable them to connect those prior answers. This can make further surveys difficult and create confusion for both the researchers and potential participants who have already taken part in related studies conducted on this research group id platform.

**What problems is Qualtrics Strategy & Research solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using Qualtrics CoreXM to administer a test that will evaluate my staff's staffs of their emotional and psychological health. By utilizing quadratics, I have developed survey questions to identify problem areas and create training plans tailored to each team member's individual needs.

We use Qualtrics CoreXM as our official survey tool and for data collection and thus gives us insights into our progress.it helps us gather information on customer preferences so that we better understand what most works for them and what doesn't and what would make them to continue shipping with us.
It is robus, scalable and feature rich thus helping us improve on customer experience.
Its also compatible with many devices mobile app or desktop.

It can get overwhelming for new users who have never created any surveys.it quite rigid on customisation which is a downright pain
It does not do well with large amounts of data an take a lot of time to upload Data.

Qualtrics CoreXM has been of much help to us since the surveys we gather have given us insights on converting our potential customers to consume more of our products and services.

I like the real-time monitoring that shows current progress. The tech support team is also extremely courteous and go above and beyond.

The learning curve may be a little steep for new users who are not tekkies by nature.

I need to improve manual forms that must be accessed through different channels by the end-users. Automated processes will provide increased security by using one platform and improve tracking.
