I have used and implemented several different idea management platforms and QMarkets has impressed me with how easy it has been to integrate, launch and use. I really like the level of Customer care that is available throughout go-live preparation and ongoing post-go-live. Our Customer Success Manager is always on hand to share best practices, help us navigate new admin tasks and help us get the best out of the platform - this is something that I have not experienced with other platforms.
The platform is fully customisable and allows our idea to execution process to be mirrored in the platform. The platform can also be branded heavily so it reflects our organisation branding closely - it looks like our platform and not a third party app. The level of customisation does require time and effort to learn and navigate, but the rewards are worth it. Our customer success manager is always on hand to help us with anything new.

It is hard so early on to identify any shortcomings. The level of customisation is both a pro and a con, but its one I'm prepared to live with. We have required support to customise and configure some elements of the platform, and this has required time to make sure we do it right, but the results are worth it.
