I haven't come across a use case yet that we haven't been able to support. **What do you dislike about Qmarkets Impact-Driven Innovation Software?** The UI could be more intuitive and enable more formatting for clients that want it. Their modes for team formation and idea collaboration could also be stronger. **What problems is Qmarkets Impact-Driven Innovation Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Qideate to run open innovation campaigns in support of identifying new business opportunities. We are aware of the translation issues in Dutch and are currently having our Dutch translation service reviewed by fluent speakers. Qmarkets has also implemented new translation management software to organize all strings and translations. If needed, new languages can be added on request. The languages can also be updated and managed by the system administrator. Each label, help text, mail etc. is customizable per language. Additionally, notifications are sent in the relevant user language. In regards to making it easier to ‘get to know’ and adjust the system, we are building upon our ‘walk-me’ tutorials so that admins have a more intuitive means to configure the platform for their use cases. This allows similar ideas to be grouped together automatically if they share certain elements. The clustering tool creates automated topic clusters powered by our language processing machine learning algorithm. From here you can filter and dive into different clusters, explore ideas, and generate reports on this data. The Qmarkets’ platform can also provide the user with ‘similar ideas’ when submitting an idea, based on our similar content algorithm. This will reduce duplicate ideas and allow for topic clusters to be more accurate. For context; while filling in the idea submission form, the author is presented a list of similar ideas in real time relating to the idea’s title and data in the text fields. The user then can choose to either continue with the submission for their own idea or collaborate on the similar idea presented to them. The similar content algorithm is looking for existing similar ideas, based on keywords, tags and full text analysis of the title and other text fields, and will only show ideas that the user has access to. The algorithm can also be tweaked to include a blacklist of stop words.
