Qeryz's best aspect is that its very simple and effective tools that help me in collecting real-time feedback directly from website visitors. It also allows businesses to deploy quick micro-surveys on their websites directly and to understand the user intent, behaviour and pain points. It is specifically used for marketing, product and by our UX design teams to optimise conversations and also improve user experience without any complex setups. The biggest limitation in this platform is its advanced analytics and reporting features compared to other customer experience platforms.
