It's User Interface might not be the most sexy to the e-suite, but they don't use the system. Although every system has it's drawbacks, there is not one system that fits all. If one improvement was needed I would suggesting focusing more attention on integration and product robustness with regards to QAD's QMS (Cebos) system as Quality and Regulatory is a large concerning within my industry (Pharma) it becomes extremely important this offering becomes more focused in this area.
