The platform is very intuitive, which was essential for me as I was relatively new to managing push notifications for our team. Since the implementation had already been completed before I joined, the user-friendly interface made it easy for us to quickly take over and develop an effective strategy. We also found the system to be reliable when onboarding our partner brands. Although our account representative is very responsive, all technical inquiries and product escalations have to be routed through them. This setup prevents any direct interaction with the dev or product teams. Despite this, it hasn't posed a significant problem for us; the limited number of requests we made were addressed promptly, and our representative consistently kept us updated on their progress.
