**What do you like best about Pushly?**

What I like best about Pushly is the team behind the platform. Whether we are setting up new sites with push, making changes or running tests, the Pushly team is always very quick to respond and complete support items. The team is also extremely easy to work with and have shown that they are willing to put in the time to make an idea become reality. I have only had positive interactions when working with anyone on the Pushly team.

**What do you dislike about Pushly?**

This is rather specific, but there are a few access limitations on editing automated feeds.

**What problems is Pushly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pushly has helped us find solutions to many different tests we have wanted to run since starting to send notifications through their platform. Their partner success, dev & support teams have been extremely receptive to new ideas we have had, even if the platform may not directly support the idea at that time. They are supportive with helping us understand the lift of each project and also have consistently provided detailed updates throughout each test. The teams are able to quickly pivot after analyzing results and have only given us great recommendations for next steps.

**What do you like best about Pushly?**

The platform is very intuitive, which was essential for me as I was relatively new to managing push notifications for our team. Since the implementation had already been completed before I joined, the user-friendly interface made it easy for us to quickly take over and develop an effective strategy. We also found the system to be reliable when onboarding our partner brands. It enabled them to shape their own strategies by giving them access to relevant data and the successful patterns we discovered within the platform.

**What do you dislike about Pushly?**

Although our account representative is very responsive, all technical inquiries and product escalations have to be routed through them. This setup prevents any direct interaction with the dev or product teams. Despite this, it hasn't posed a significant problem for us; the limited number of requests we made were addressed promptly, and our representative consistently kept us updated on their progress.

**What problems is Pushly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pushly has been instrumental in bringing users back to our site and ensuring steady engagement with our subscribers. The platform offers a dependable and user-friendly tool that we rely on every day to deliver timely updates, which has led to noticeable increases in our site traffic.

Additionally, the system addressed our internal need to quickly onboard new team members, including myself, as well as partner brands who were new to push notification strategies. Thanks to the combination of dedicated support and the platform’s intuitive design, we have been able to accelerate the adoption and effectiveness of push notification campaigns throughout our organization.

I love how easy Pushly is to use. You just drop in your link and all of the fields auto-populate, making the process really quick and simple for anyone. I also appreciate the scheduling and segmentation features, along with the robust reporting dashboard. The initial setup was very easy, which made the transition smooth. Once up and running, our rep was always on-hand to help us with questions, data analysis, etc.

**What do you dislike about Pushly?**

There's not much not to like... any time we thought a feature was "missing," the Pushly team would take that feedback and develop said feature.

**What problems is Pushly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pushly helps us deliver newly published content to our loyal subscribers easily and quickly. Its simplicity and auto-populate feature speed up the process, while scheduling, segmentation, and a robust reporting dashboard enhance usability.

Pushly is a fast, user-friendly, and effective marketing tool that enables our company to identify members of our audience with particular content interests who are likely to engage. Whenever we have important content to share, our first step is usually to distribute it through Pushly, followed by our mobile apps, then social media, and finally email.

The platform’s capability to create segments using various triggers allows us to fine-tune our targeting, ensuring our content reaches the most relevant audience and increases engagement.

**What do you dislike about Pushly?**

Pushly's self-service reporting features are somewhat restricted. Although it is possible to obtain reports on nearly any data through a custom request—and the Pushly team is always very capable and eager to help—it would be preferable to have built-in tools that let clients query, model, and save their own reports. Additionally, having a dashboard that presents data at the enterprise level, encompassing all sub-accounts, would be very beneficial.

**What problems is Pushly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pushly assists us in identifying users who are most likely to engage with our content regularly, and it brings them back to our site, which helps us monetize our content.

**What do you like best about Pushly?**

I think Pushly is super easy to use and very intuitive. It doesn't take very long to get things done, and the return is pretty good for the amount of effort it takes to actually send one.

**What do you dislike about Pushly?**

I think the reporting could probably be better. The reporting itself is discreet and accessible, but I feel it could be designed in a way that's a little more accessible from an outside perspective. Sometimes I spend a lot of time doing data processing to communicate statistics from Pushly to outside stakeholders. It would be helpful if the reporting within Pushly could be improved to make this process more turnkey and require less data processing on my side. Also, I would love to see more performance data in the campaign flows, like the journeys. There is performance data, but it's not as granular and specific as I would like. I think that's something I would like to see updated, especially as I expand more into those types of drip flow campaigns within Pushly.

Pushly solves the problem of getting direct traffic to our articles, especially when search traffic is down. It allows us to connect directly with our audience on their browsers for articles we expect to be popular.

**What do you like best about Pushly?**

I enjoy the simple UX of Pushly, especially when it comes to creating segments and sends. A/B testing is also very simple, which makes using it myself and onboarding users very easy. Also, the collaboration and insights from the Pushly team are extremely helpful. It's clear that there's an understanding about my industry and goals, and the insights and solutioning offered are excellent.

**What do you dislike about Pushly?**

The analytics portion of the tool is very rudimentary and doesn't offer very much. I typically need to download CSVs. One of the challenges for our editorial team is determining which content to send via Pushly and to which audience. It would be beneficial if there was some kind of intelligence that could identify the content that would be ideal to send and to which segments. Removing that manual effort or at least suggesting segments would help take out the guesswork.

**What problems is Pushly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Pushly to send alerts to my audience even when they're not on my site, driving site visits and user engagement. I enjoy its simple UX for segmenting and sending, and the collaboration and insights from the Pushly team are extremely helpful.

The UI can feel a bit dense, especially when you’re building more complex audience logic - it works, but it’s not always intuitive. Reporting is solid for campaign performance, but if you want deeper attribution insights or more customizable dashboards, you’ll likely need to pipe data into another tool. There’s also a learning curve if you want to fully leverage behavioral triggers and segmentation.

Pushly gives us direct control over our audience engagement. I love how easy it is to set up personalized push campaigns that actually perform, whether it's driving traffic back to high-value content or boosting eCommerce engagement. The real-time segmentation and targeting options are incredibly powerful, and we've seen a noticeable lift in repeat visits and overall engagement since implementing the platform. It’s also refreshing to work with a product team that listens to feedback and continually adds new features.

Like any powerful tool, there is a bit of a learning curve, especially when it comes to understanding how to fully take advantage of audience segmentation and campaign personalization. Pushly offers a lot of great capabilities, but some users may need a little more onboarding or in-app guidance to unlock its full value right away. That said, the support team is responsive, and the platform continues to improve with every release, so the ramp up is manageable.

Pushly helps us deal with the problem of reaching our audience directly. Email is crowded and social platforms keep changing the rules, so it is hard to know if our content will actually be seen. With Pushly we can connect with people right on their devices through notifications, which gives us a much more reliable channel.  The biggest benefit has been engagement. Our audience is far more likely to open and click a push notification than an email. We have seen clear improvements in repeat visits and overall traffic. The targeting features also make a difference because we can send messages to the right people at the right time instead of just sending more of them. It feels like a smarter way to build loyalty and keep people coming back.

What I love most about Pushly is its ease of use—even with minimal training, you can get up and running quickly. The ease of implementation is impressive, making it a seamless addition to our workflow. Pushly truly acts as a 'one-stop shop' for browser notifications, allowing you to schedule alerts, make edits, run tests, and track performance—all in one place.

The customer support is excellent, always responsive and helpful whenever I have questions. My frequency of use is multiple times a day, which says a lot about how intuitive and indispensable it is. With the number of features continually expanding, I still discover new tools and capabilities even after years of use. Plus, the ease of integration with other platforms makes connecting it to our existing systems effortless.

Overall, Pushly has made managing and sharing content smooth, efficient, and reliable. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful, user-friendly solution.

What I dislike about Pushly would be the minimal editing opportunities within the photo being featured area, No easy way to adjust image sizing or aspect ratios without compromising quality, Few options for interactive features like links or call-to-actions within images.

The platform is easy to use, and any time there is an issue, or I have a question, James and team are ready to dive in and find a solution or reply with an answer. I have been using this site for a handful of years.

Session data in reports or even some sort of collab with AI to breakdown trends and spikes, etc - this would be great to have available.

Pushly is helping my time management with the auto feature that pulls in headlines and images once a URL is clicked. Also, the platform makes A/B testing super easy to execute, which really helps when we want to set up quick or last minute tests for any number of reasons.

They have a very easy-to-learn interface and their documentation is very descriptive and helpful. For web push alerts, we can segment based on certain users and their preferences — we use Blueconic to feed those segments into Pushly and the integration is pretty seamless.

**What do you dislike about Pushly?**

On the Pushly dashboard, there is no "batch" copy and/or duplicate options for alerts. We have different databases in our Pushly dashboard and we have to make Push alerts for each database — sometimes 50, sometimes 100, it depends on how many alerts we want to send out per database.

**What problems is Pushly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We realized that we can create a sense of urgency with Push web alerts — depending on the circumstance, we can set up Breaking News alerts for newsrooms, for example, or use these alerts to promote big sales.
