Some features required custom development due to limitations on our end (not Pulse’s fault), but their team worked with us closely to address those needs promptly. What do you like best about Pulse Commerce?

Pulse Commerce has been beneficial for our organization which is running multiple channel retail business. The ability to integrate easily with our current e-commerce platforms as well as market places has enhanced operations maturity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pulse Commerce?

What do you like best about Pulse Commerce?

Reliable uptime and support for over 17 years. We've been using Pulse Commerce for over 17 years. During this time, we've never had a severe outage. Our website has been up for customers to browse, configure and order our products 99.9% of the time.

Along with this uptime has been Pulse' outstanding support, quickly addressing any issues that we may experience and providing outstanding developer support.

As a business owner, I tell our suppliers and support peripherals, "if you don't take care of us, we cannot take care of our customers".

What do you dislike about Pulse Commerce?

Would like to get customizations faster but who doesn't? This is a give-and-take situations. There have been times when we had an idea for functionality on our website and have presented it to Pulse Commerce for collaboration and review. Sometimes it's an easy request. Other times, it's not as easy as it seems. When those time arise, Pulse Commerce has always explained the challenges and they will never compromise the integrity and security of the Pulse Commerce e-commerce platform. What do you like best about Pulse Commerce?

Now that we’ve moved to Pulse Commerce, the website no longer goes down and we are seeing much faster load speeds across the board. The site is much more SEO friendly. Inventory and sales are now under one roof. Checking inventory counts and knowing when to order inventory is easy, accurate and smooth.

Drop ship orders and POs now just flow through the software seamlessly. Being able to assign Vendors and cost to a product is a huge life saver.

Pulse Commerce uses a very easy-to-setup but powerful Google shopping data feed, so not only have we seen a big increase in Google activity in just a month since going live, and we were able to stop paying GoData Feed for this service!

Our sales are already increasing now that we can focus on growing our product line without having to worry about keeping everything running.

Even when we do have questions or any small issues, we know have a great support team that we can reach out to with an actual “support ticket” program.

These are just a few of the examples where Pulse Commerce moved our business forward. Now that the road blocks are cleared out we are seeing great growth at ZZ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pulse Commerce?

Sometimes getting things custom made for the software can be a struggle. BUT the reason why is Pulse wants to maintain a stable software platform. Most the time keeping the software stable outweighs out custom "wants". But if it is something we have to have happen, Pulse usually works with use to find the best solution.
