Simple interface ... but product does not work ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Problems with the product:
When I tried it on my contacts (about 4300 of them), it was a disaster, and I had several issues :
issue 1 : Only a small fraction of the photos were transferred. I estimate only 10 to 20%.
issue 2 : in a contact there is a free form "Notes" field. When this field contains a single line it is transferred ok. Where it contains several lines (like 20 or 30 lines, like our journal of interaction with a client), then it is truncated and key info is lost.
issue 3 : special characters such as accented characters : é, ç, ù, are garbled and appear as ascii code. Cyrillic characters are also garbled.
Customer service issues:
I contacted support and asked for a refund, as they advertise a 30 day money back guarantee.
The trick is that they demand that I spend time with their customer support in helping them improve their product.
I have already wasted a lot of time in trying to make their product work. I do not want to spend more time in helping them improve their product for free. I am not paid for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
