"PSOHUB: Intuitive and Efficient Interface for Project Tracking"

What do you like best about PSOHUB.?

I really like that PSOHUB has a very intuitive and easy-to-understand interface. In general, the application seems easy to use and doesn't require much in terms of the machine or computer you are using. The practicality of its use is what I value the most, as you don't need to make a bunch of clicks to get the information you need. The included dashboards bring the necessary information without being many clicks away from it, and even with a screenshot you send, another person can easily understand it. What do you dislike about PSOHUB.?

I think the issue of logging time and comments could be improved. When I log time on projects, I feel that the space for comments could be clearer. It would be convenient to have a fixed space to leave comments instead of a bubble that might not be used, and if it is used, I'm not sure if others see those comments. "Excellent management tool, smooth QuickBooks integration, needs to improve in multi-assignee tasks"

What do you like best about PSOHUB.?

The most recent update shifted a few things around, so I’m still getting used to the new UX. Overall, though, I like how the different components of projects are separated in a way that lets me manage them individually—at the project, team, or even personnel level. Invoicing has become much faster and simpler, especially with the QuickBooks integration.

With the new UI, I’m also seeing some improvements in data fetching, but there are still a few hiccups to iron out, mostly around the task and hour filters. Even so, the platform offers a lot more upside for the price, and we were happy to phase out our older platform.

Support seems very responsive when I reach out through the platform. That said, feature implementation requests and discussions could be a bit more open or responsive, even if it’s just to say, “Sorry, it won’t enter our roadmap in the near future.” I still haven’t been able to use any AI-powered features, but I’m currently running a custom report for business intelligence purposes using the oData feed, and that’s been working seamlessly. What do you dislike about PSOHUB.?

I’m currently having trouble properly tracking all the tasks and projects allocated to me because of user authorization levels. I can see tasks assigned to me, but when I go to capacity management, I only see projects where I’m either the project manager or a sub. That said, the new UI has really improved the task list.

I also can’t really manage or allocate checklist tasks at all, which would be very useful when more than one person is allocated to a task.

Lastly, I’m not able to properly separate effort allocation for projects where more than one person is assigned, either in the platform (capacity management) or in my custom report. If checklist items had similar parameters to tasks, this would be manageable at the checklist level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Compared to what we had before, this platform covers everything related to project management: the client database, CRM, project creation, effort allocation, capacity management, task management, and invoicing. It’s not perfect, but it’s a complete tool that helps us manage our projects properly. We now have more data—actionable data—and we save time when planning, tracking, and executing tasks. Overall, PSOHUB is great. The one thing I don’t like is that I get a lot of notifications, even when I’ve already filled in the latest entry. Support is also great overall, and I think it could be enhanced over time—for example, by using AI in a better way, or by allowing responses to be entered using voice. It gives a brief idea of the work done so far and helps me manage my time, since I don’t have to explain everything to my seniors. It also keeps accountability, which helps during appraisal time, because I can easily check what I’ve worked on so far.
