As a content expert I have worked with numerous project management tools. I find PSOHUB easy to use on a daily basis. I primarily use it to manage my tasks and to timesheet the work I delivered. I like how you can fill in your Google calendar and it automatically is shown in your timesheet calendar. I've had a few minor issues with the software and the customer support team was very reactive and eager to help. My PM colleagues love how it's integrated with Hubspot and their CRM system. One issue we’ve been experiencing with PSO is related to the timesheet functionality. Currently, entries logged via the timer are recorded down to the exact minute, which makes the overview appear quite messy. Unfortunately, there’s no option to manually adjust or align these entries afterward, so it’s difficult to keep timesheets clean and structured.

This seems like a bug rather than an intended feature, but it has been ongoing for quite some time now. We hope this can be addressed in a future update, as it would significantly improve usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There really isn’t anything to dislike. The product is still young and evolving. Like with any product, there are features I’d like to see built into it, but they’re always working to add enhancements to the roadmap and implement these requests and needs, which is awesome. I like that I can copy my previous week, which makes it easy to see what projects I’m still working on and to enter my hours. I also like being able to review the hours used for my project in one spot without having to dig around. The UI is easy to interact with in either calendar form or list form, and it feels pretty intuitive overall. I don’t have to go searching for answers, since I can usually just click in a few places and know what I need to do. I like the ease of writing hours and having a budget overview with PSOHUB. It's really nice to be able to add team members to a project and change their tariffs without depending on a different team or external party. Resource planning takes a lot of time. Every time I fill in a value it needs time to save, which is a bit annoying. The initial setup was quite difficult because we wanted to use a almost all modules, and we found a lot of things difficult to align with our organization. There were also sometimes bugs. I generally like the user interface of PSOHUB, as I find it fairly easy to navigate compared to other tools I have used. It makes it easier to manage a complete project, so I know who is working on it, who has booked what time to it, and what budgets have been used or are remaining. I find the dashboard reports sometimes difficult to find the one I need. I think this is because I don't use them much, and there are so many to choose from. A dashboard 'wizard' would be helpful rather than me trying to create from options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that PSOHUB allows us to import a deal from HubSpot, create a project, assign team members, book time, and then invoice—all in one place. Sometimes, the underlying numbers in PSOHUB are wrong even though it looks polished. I find it too restrictive at times, like when I can't change the company associated with a project. This is an issue when we're acting as a subcontractor or if there's been a mistake. The web interface can be slow, and sometimes filters persist unexpectedly. I use PSOHUB to track time at my job, and it makes it much easier by allowing me to easily copy the previous week's timesheet into the current week. This feature saves me so much time and even copies over comments from the previous week, which is great because I'm usually handling the same tasks. If I need to add more detail, I can easily jump into one of the comments to edit it.
