I use PSOHub on a daily basis and it really simplifies how I manage and track resources and projects for my business; and is easy to implement with other business platforms I use because of the no code integration capability with all the applications I use and more. Their onboarding support also streamlines the process of deploying a new system for your business and is intuitive to use with the well populated training aids and support provided. The support is truly amazing. I don't think I can stress this enough. It is difficult as a very small company to have poor support when the platform you depend on to develop your invoices, a businesses' life blood next to the people, is having an issue or you are not sure how to best configure parts of the platform to get the results you need to do what you do best. The PSOHub tech and customer support teams are patient, thorough, and will do everything they can to make sure you leave with your concern addressed and as a satisfied client. Every so often there are feature behavior issues, but I don't know if this is really a con because every platform has hiccups every now and again; and as stated their customer support is amazing.
