Before COVID, I would have said that it would be nice to have some of their key team here in my city so we could meet in-person regularly for brainstorming, strategy work, etc. - but in the new reality, we've integrated them into our collaberation systems and processes so we are in constant communication. What do you like best about The Pedowitz Group?

I have to say the Pardot email template has to be my favorite. Only because that's what gave me the most trouble regularly. I love how flexible it is and how we can eliminate modules/sections that we aren't using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about The Pedowitz Group?

I didn't dislike anything but in my opinion, we shouldn't have discussed ABX when we did. We aren't ready for that level of marketing yet and I feel that we could have used that time on other subjects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering The Pedowitz Group:

Establish clear focus points and expectations up front. Don't try to tackle everything all at once, start small and build from there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is The Pedowitz Group solving and how is that benefiting you?

Campaign Framework and process flow: We can set up our main campaigns and group program families accordingly. It helps us to keep more organized when looking at the bigger picture.

Buyer journey roadmap: The collaboration and discussion with a broader group helped us to identify appropriate content and gain consensus on what we can offer at each stage of the journey. It was helpful to have multiple viewpoints during the discussion.

Pardot email and landing page templates: The development of new email and landing page templates has made a huge difference. Our old templates had multiple formatting issues and weren't customizable without knowing a lot of coding. The new templates are easier to work with and customize.

Lead Management: Lead routing and processes continue to be a discussion but this conversation was helpful in that it got everyone on the same page. We had a group discussion on lead scoring, processing and routing, SLAs and metrics. We gained consensus as a group and walked away with executables. We have a good foundation to work from and build on.

All in all - the work that we have done with TPG has helped us establish good processes and a nice solid foundation to work from and build on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one drawback for our firm was the lack of subject matter expertise when we tried to use Pedowitz for a specific persona based campaign that required content creation/thought leadership.
