You've probably already looked at the documentation, but just in case, here is a good place to start: https://www.provartesting.com/documentation/using-provar/api-testing/

Also, please take a look at the University of Provar online courses. There is a section in the 201 course that deals with Salesforce APIs. https://success.provartesting.com
