One negative aspect that I noticed when using Provar is that it may take a long time for new users to master it. This makes the onboarding process to take longer, which in turn affects our early performance rates. There is also the problem of bugs arising from software updates, which creates inconvenience since testing schedules can be affected. While the customer support replies promptly to these complaints, handling these problems is inconvenient and disrupts our project schedules and productivity.
