**What do you like best about Proposify?**

I like Proposify for being the real workhorse for our sales team, taking the grunt work out of writing, sending, and chasing proposals. The Salesforce integration is the part I lean on hardest because I only have to update a deal in one place, and everything flows through. Our Salesforce admin built out the tracking views so I can see exactly where each proposal sits without flipping between tabs. Marketing has taken to it too, since they finally have a way to lock down our branding and boilerplate language without playing whack-a-mole every time a rep tweaks a template.

**What do you dislike about Proposify?**

The one thing I'd change is the notification setup. I'd love custom alerts that fire when a proposal has been sitting unopened for a set number of days. Right now I'm setting calendar reminders for myself, which feels like a step backward when the tool already knows when something's gone cold. A few smarter built-in nudges would tighten up our follow-up game across the team. I'd want a rule-based system where I can set my own triggers, like 'ping me if a proposal hasn't been opened in five days' or 'alert me when a prospect views the pricing page twice in one session.' Right now the existing notifications are pretty binary, so a layer of conditional logic on top would let each rep build a follow-up cadence that matches how they actually work their deals.

Proposify lets our reps build proposals independently, bridging the gap between sales and marketing. It takes the grunt work out of writing, sending, and chasing proposals, and integrates with Salesforce to streamline updates and tracking for our team.

**What do you like best about Proposify?**

Proposify provides us different type of free templates for giving them business proposals for professional collaborations. we just select the template and edit the name, product details, pricing etc and the proposal plan become ready to deliver just in few minutes.

One of the main challenge of this software is its compatibility with mobile phones because most of us try to create the proposal plans from our personal devices only but its user interface is not compatible with Android or iOS mobile devices you can only work on PC or laptops on proposify.

**What problems is Proposify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Proposify provides its own customizable library where we can save tables, images, charts etc so that they can be used multiple times on different proposal letters and save a us a lot of time also the documents of this platform can be signed by other party online if they are also the user of the this tool without the physical presence of printed proposal letter

Proposify is a software that help us in creating customised proposal plans for our business so that we can brief in detail regarding our services as the software has different free and paid templetes available to add business logo and details on the customised quotation for our clients

**What do you dislike about Proposify?**

For integrating MS Excel and other office files to the quotaplans you will need to buy the premium plan of proposify and the premium plan is also little costly. As quotation is something which can also be made in other softwares so spending a large amount of money for its premium is not worth at all according to my experience but I generally prefer using it's free plan

**What problems is Proposify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving different type of car detailing services to our customers is our day to day work and providing them a clean and clear quotation for those services is what we need to do everyday. So, we prefer to use proposify to give it a premium look and make it more descriptive so that the chances of customer conversion can increase.

**What do you like best about Proposify?**

We use proposify mainly to create different type of business quotations and proposals for other businesses from which we want to work with. The software has multiple free templates available in which we can design the proposal card and send it to them. The software also has collaboration feature in which multiple designers can work in a same design and give their input.

**What do you dislike about Proposify?**

Although there is customisation option available with multiple drag and drop options available for the editing to create the proposal letter but there are some advanced features like photo editing and adding audio files on the invitation letter is still unavailable in proposify. There subscription plan is little expensive for small business who want to use this platform for long term

**What problems is Proposify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software works completely digitally so whenever we need to generate a proposal plan and send it to our fellow businesses, we create it from proposify. It can also hold digital signatures of all the business professionals that work in our organisation this feature enable us to take their input and signature on the document and get it approved even though when they are not available in the office.

The templates of proposify is little outdated and they also need to be more customisable as Canva is also a similar platform that has much more feature than preposify and it is also more budget friendly.

All the proposal plans that are created through proposify are completely cloud based and it also help us in tracking that whether the client has opened the proposal or not and how much time they have invested in checking the complete plan. It tool also has digital signature and photograph verification for complete authenticity check.

**What do you like best about Proposify?**

With HubSpot’s strong integrations, raising a proposal directly in the opportunity and pulling through the key details, tracking, and completion notifications is really handy. Their large library of templates gives a solid starting point, with plenty of flexibility in how the final document looks. We tend to use Proposify at least once a day.

**What do you dislike about Proposify?**

The document editor can be a bit tricky to work with. Changing templates isn’t always straightforward, and we’ve run into problems with edits not saving properly. The pricing tables are especially awkward, particularly with sizing. If you add a line item, the table suddenly blows up in size, and sometimes it won’t let you resize it. The only fix seems to be saving, closing, and reopening.

**What do you like best about Proposify?**

What I like best about Proposify is how it simplifies the entire proposal process, from creating and customizing templates to tracking engagement and approvals. As an account manager, it’s a huge time-saver and helps me maintain consistency across client-facing documents. The ability to see when a client opens a proposal or which sections they spend the most time on gives me actionable insights to follow up more strategically and close deals faster.

**What do you dislike about Proposify?**

What I dislike about Proposify is that some of the design customization options can feel limited, especially when trying to match unique brand styles or complex layouts. Occasionally, larger proposals can be a bit slow to load, and collaboration features could be smoother when multiple team members are editing at once. Still, these are minor issues compared to the overall value the platform delivers.

**What problems is Proposify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Proposify is solving the challenge of managing and tracking multiple client proposals efficiently. Before using it, keeping documents organized and consistent across the team was time-consuming. Now, with standardized templates, built-in analytics, and integrated e-signatures, I can send professional proposals quickly and monitor client engagement in real time. This not only speeds up approvals but also helps improve our close rate and overall client experience.

Complete lack of support or help - and the fact that I paid for a year, and was only able to use it  2months into my second year - I have the invoice show it paid, zero support, zero customer help - no recourse but to dispute with my bank

They were sending proposals - but they in no way benefited me - and the complete lack of support makes almost any other solution better

**What do you like best about Proposify?**

It's quick to use and allows for consistency with a business that changes often. It allows our remote team to literally be on the same page for quotes, contracts, and more. We love how easy it is to use and manipulate a proposal to match the needs of each of our clients and use it every day to help entice guests to come to Catalina. 

Set up was relatively simple given that we have a large variety of vendors & activities in our offering and we're able to easily use it with our CRM (ActiveCampaign) and utilize it as a tool to help ensure accuracy through our ticketing software (FareHarbor) especially for private groups and custom packages. 

Their customer support is super helpful and friendly and I like that they bring a little humor to their chat support, too. It's also been nice to get communications from their leadership in our inbox. The emails are a quick read and have offered some good insights and jogged some good ideas while we're in our project mode season (off-season).

Would highly recommend (and have) for years.

**What do you dislike about Proposify?**

It's easy to see when they are working on software updates (a good thing to happen so regularly) as the system can get a little bogged down at times. A quick refresh and it's back to business as usual.

**What problems is Proposify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Proposify solves issues we used to have with consistency in content & pricing. It saves us time by have ready made pages that we've created instead of having to reinvent the wheel for every guest. Proposals used to take us up to 30-60 minutes to build. Now we're sending out proposals in under 10 minutes (usually in 3-5 for simple proposals). It's also ensuring our client and our team are on the same pages. Changes are made live in the proposal so the most recent version is the one we're all seeing & using.

**What do you like best about Proposify?**

I've been using Proposify for several years now. We use it nearly every day. Before implementing the system, we were sending quotes in emails or 

We've created our own templates for quotes, and I like that the system can calculate totals and discounts easily. I also love that my clients and team members can download a PDF of each quote to save in their files if needed. Proposify helps our team stay organized and gives our clients a professional experience.

**What do you dislike about Proposify?**

I haven't been impressed by the Proposify mobile app. It's fine for checking in the status of proposals, but it's really difficult to create new proposals within the app. I ended up deleting the app entirely and only use Proposify on desktop.

**What problems is Proposify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Proposify, we've been able to standardize our quoting process and increase our professionalism in providing quotes to clients. It has provided a one-stop place to go back and reference prior project quotes and contracts without digging through months worth of emails.

**What do you like best about Proposify?**

It's so user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing. I've used every tool and function on Proposify and have never had any trouble getting it to do what I need it to. The stats and metrics we have access to are particularly useful for my team- our sales have doubled since onboarding with Proposify. My team and I love creating content on the platform and our clients have been very impressed with how well it showcases our products and services. I've used other platforms before and I have to say this is by far my favourite yet.

**What do you dislike about Proposify?**

When we first started, the platform did go down a few times and we weren't able to fix the issue ourselves. However, the support team quickly fixed our issues and we haven't had a problem since. Our team also expressed that it would be useful if we could filter out Proposals in order of view time- an update that could be really useful in Proposify's future.

We work in a luxury creative industy- Proposify is the only effective medium we have (other than social media) to show clients all over the world what we offer. The integration with our CRM means that we can seamlessly export information, to create bespoke and personalised proposals for our clients.

**What do you like best about Proposify?**

I have been a Proposify user since 2014 and send all my proposals using it. Ease of use, constantly improving functionality and great support are why I use it. My Close rate is 99% and that is down to the graphical facilities and the flexible functionality that Proposify offers. If I get any rare problems, the Proposify team sorts them out the same day, sometimes within the same hour. I have stayed loyal to Proposify even as other software proposal platforms have tried to tempt me away, but Proposify functions just the way I think it should.

**What do you dislike about Proposify?**

The constant improvements, year in and year out have made it a valuable part of my business. I couldn't envisage not having it in my arsenal of trusted software and I don't dislike anything about it.

**What problems is Proposify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to have a problem with generating slightly different proposals, and Proposify solved these with their proposal templates, which I based all my templates on. The introduction of optional fees in the fee tables was a great addition. Proposify helps our business seal deals and speeds up sign-ups. Also, we often get comments about the proposals and if we are up against a competitor we always win due to the professionism of the proposals. Also invoicing directly to Xero is a great way for us to bill once clients sign up.

I really like how easy it is to use — the templates look great, it’s simple to customize them, and I can track when someone opens or views my proposal. It makes the whole process smooth and professional.

Sometimes it takes a bit of time to load larger proposals, and the formatting can get tricky if I make too many edits. Other than that, it works really well.

**What do you like best about Proposify?**

I love how easy Proposify is to use. Once we set up our templates for our basic proposal structure, sending out proposals is incredibly quick and efficient. It has saved us a lot of time and keeps our process streamlined. Plus, the proposals look very professional when our clients receive them.

**What do you dislike about Proposify?**

I feel that using the editor can be frustrating at times - especially when it comes to text formatting and the tables. I find that the tables are usually kind of glitchy, which is a bit frustrating. Also, copying and pasting from a Word Document into Proposify typically does not work, as the formatting gets all messed us. 

Our clients have also had issues receiving and/or opening the proposals from Proposify, which we typically solve by sending them a PDF. This isn't the end of the world, but it is an extra step that sometimes needs to happen.

It saves a lot of time by using the proposal templates and not having to rewrite every proposal from scratch.

There is very little I dislike about Proposify- I struggled a bit with the pricing chart customization but figured it out after reaching out for support.

The benefit of Proposify was we had a lot of flexibility to adjust the proposals for pricing, but that was about it

**What do you dislike about Proposify?**

The UI was the most unhelpful UI. Having so many different spots to get your mouse *just right* was absurd. 
It was not user friendly. Whenever I sent the proposal for approval I had to send a separate slack message to the approver with what was changed and any notes that were made on the adjustment. 

The having to click in just the right spots for pricing was a pain. Yeah there were some good options but we moved away from the shared frustration.

Sending out proposals for signature, and ability to create multiple drafts to send out.

Proposify makes it easy to send a professional, comprehensive and customisable proposal to potential clients within minutes. Once you have set up the templates a few clicks and personal customisations and a great-looking proposal make it to their inbox.

The editing functionality is can be glitchy and sometimes isn't a smooth process compared to using other services like Google Docs, Microsoft Word etc...

**What do you like best about Proposify?**

We like Proposify because it manages one particular part of our business really well, the proposal and contracts area. 

Where we like it is that if you're going into Proposify it's making you focus on the potential and current clients and the body of work you will be undertaking for the client. 

Once a template is made, which is fairly easy, the re-usability of the template saves us time and effort especially when we have another request come through our front door for the same or similar services.

We've been using Proposify for some years, and the times I've had to contact customer support, has been painless. The staff know their product well and provide exceptional support.

It's been a great experience using Proposify and the value it has brought to our business.

The editor has been cumbersome to use up till now. I've seen a quick video of the new editor and so far I like what I've seen. That may well overcome my issues I have using Proposify.

**What do you like best about Proposify?**

One of the main reasons my team chose Proposify over other competitors was their excellent customer service. Each rep/proposify professional we have worked with in our implementation has been helpful, patient, and reliable. I also like that the platform is user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing. One of my favorite features is the duplication feature. This is valuable to my team as many of our proposals are similar to ones issued before. This is vital for our users as many times we have very tight turnaround times.

**What do you dislike about Proposify?**

One feature I don't love about Proposify is the tables. It doesn't let you change the width of the columns. If the table is on a page flow page, you can't adjust the size. You have to click off the side of the page and createa new table in order to make it the size you want. It is not a huge problem, just something to got used to.

Since we are still in the implementation process of Proposify, we haven't gotten to rolling this out to the entire team. I am currently the only user actively making proposals. With that being said, it has made my job must easier as I get more comfortable with the platform. I love that I am quickly able to duplicate content and make templates for specific industries/services. This makes my process significantly quicker!!! Proposify is solving my problems with quick turnaround times, allowing me to get proposals put together at a much faster rate.

The only thing I find a bit restrictive is the pricing tables. While it is easy to set a table up, there can be a lot of whitespace without manually adjusting and tweaking the template.  Also, discounting needs to be at the line item level, and it would be nice to have the ability to discount a total.

Standardized proposals and managing pricing updates in one place.  Also, buyer intent can be gained via open and engagement tracking. Duplicating templates and the ability to create a standard library of elements that can be integrated into working proposals is incredibly helpful.

We love that we can streamline your proposal development process. As with any application, it's about setting things up correctly and understanding how setting up a proposal online differs from using more traditional means (Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign, etc.). The system is pretty savvy; once you have the proposal and templates set, it can go quickly. We love that we can track open rates and where potential clients spend their time on the proposal. We also like the ability to sign off and accept proposals very easily. Customer support is very responsive.

It takes a lot of getting used to working in this online app/program with a very templated system. There is flexibility, but you also need to learn a lot of workarounds, especially when it comes to text formatting. Proposify seems to continue updating its user experience. The pros outweigh the cons. I wish they also allowed Grammarly or some kind of AI grammer and writing tool.

The content, ease of use, customer support, frequency of use, web-based platform! My company used to use Expedience which was good but we were limited to what Microsoft Word could do. Now we can easily integrate videos, make comments online, and see if our email has been opened. I personally enjoy the creative freedom I have. I can easily add pictures, shapes, colors, videos, and really add that WOW factor.

**What do you dislike about Proposify?**

A lot of account reps and recipients want to download a pdf copy. Our smallest proposal file size is 38 MB - which is not email-friendly. I demonstrated this to Nick online. He has moved this on to tech support.

The LAG. All of our account reps and even my manager are frustrated by the lag. You scroll up and the page takes a while to load. You click and drag an image or text box and it stutters and stops. Sometimes the page even crashes. It's a bit embarrassing when that happens during a tutorial. 

Copying and pasting text from a word document does not translate well into Proposify. Most of our Account Reps write their cover letters and financials in Microsoft Word. When they copy and paste it into Proposify, it is a frustrating user experience for them.

We have been informed that the lag will be taken care of in June. Once that is done, I think more of our account reps will be on board! And I will bump up my product review to 10 outta 10!

^ Okay so follow-up. This has not been taken care of yet. Something about moving on to a new online platform?

Data! Our sales director has always asked how many proposals we have sent out every quarter. That was impossible to answer since every account rep did their own thing. But now we can provide that information. And the account reps who use Proposify enjoy seeing if and when their proposal is opened and what sections their client focused on.

For almost two years, Proposify has been the main proposal software for our team. In particular, I admire the way it helped me achieve the unattainable during last quarter's last-minute pitch to a leading client - the editable templates came to my rescue as we had to totally change the proposal, just a few hours before the deadline. The client success team has been terrific, especially when they supported me with creating custom pricing tables during the orientation process.

As I am always working with the design team, I have often wished for more detailed commenting features. I had to take screenshots and write separate emails to our graphic designer in order to deal with specific content changes - this is a bit of a nuisance when you are running to catch up with the clock.

This allows me to focus my time on what truly matters—crafting and delivering estimates to clients. They also have a great customer service team that is quick and professional on assisting you in your issues and finding out a solution and providing tips to educate you for future use. There is a smooth integration between Salesforce and Proposify that I appreciate as it allows data to transfer over, taking away an extra step I make in putting these together.

OUr proposals have become much more elevated in appearance. The metrics are extremely helpful as well.The customer support is fabulous- very responsive. The integration with HubSpot is absolutely the best part of the entire process.

I wish the pages had snap to lines so it would be easier to line everything up.

**What do you like best about Proposify?**

That we are alerted when the prospect interacts with the quote. We get to see how long they have viewed the quote, which page they are currently viewing, if they have clicked on any elements and also a nice E-mail alert when they first open the quote and if they have successfully accepted the quote. You are even alerted when payment by the client has been successful and you are given a link in your E-mail to go straight to that specific closed deal.
We have closed hundreds of sales outside of business hours because of the simplicity for the customer to edit their quote, accept it and then pay for it immediately.

**What do you dislike about Proposify?**

The design interface when customising the quote can be a bit frustrating but once you figure it out it works fine. It could have a few more options when editing. However, I understand it is being edited inside a web browser so there are limitations because of that.
Please add somewhere that the client can add their delivery address when paying for the quote.

**Recommendations to others considering Proposify:**

If you want to streamline your quotations or contracts for clients and have the ability for your customer to modify say the quantity while they are viewing your quote then Proposify will most certainly help you close more sales and earn more money. We have also added optional extras that the customer can choose to purchase before accepting the proposal/quote before checking out. Quite often the customer up-sells themselves with extra services available on the quote. They just tick the box, change the quantity and pay on the spot.

**What problems is Proposify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers can open, modify and accept/pay for their quote any time of the day without needing to call us.
