You can use keywords to find the product or use selection tool to select the product according to required specications. **What do you dislike about ProposalWorks?** It has no connection with IAB to share catalogs and make a complete solution at one place. Whenever I make project then unable to get to proposal work to generate a complete solution. **What problems is ProposalWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is very slow to select a single product. Yes, I just type the catalog number and get the most up to dated price. It must be sync with iab to get the panel assessories solution ### 4. Take time to review all and ensure that it's correct. I really like using it and the ease of using it but sometimes I catch minor mistakes. **What problems is ProposalWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Some minor issues with the reports created. Missing or incorrect data points. It's quite easy to use and very little time needed. ### 5. It is smart enough to point out any mistakes and alert you that you cannot place certain components in certain spots without having to look up each spec sheet individually. It is great at calculating all the power loads, and picking and choosing exactly what you need. Complies a really nice bill of materials which you can export into Excel. All in all, a great tool for building your compact logix or other rockwell family plc projects. **What do you dislike about ProposalWorks?** The software itself is large and can bog down your system if not powerful enough. **Recommendations to others considering ProposalWorks:** Give this a shot if you intend on using Rockwell products. **What problems is ProposalWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saved time and eliminated unnecessary parts when choosing my plc components. ### 9. This includes the 5570 series represent by the 1756-L7x ControlLogix processors. It also include the 5370 series of CompactLogix, Works allows us to autocorrect some of the script that we see and it suggestions different methods of addressing those issues. **What do you dislike about ProposalWorks?** Only runs in windows 7 or higher, if you have anything less you have to go to v21, there is only one licenses per user so if you plan on using this on multiple devices you have to get a different type of licenses or you will have to pay more money. Uninstalling it and reinstall on another device is a hassle too unless you have the serial number **Recommendations to others considering ProposalWorks:** Of all the new features in v21, this is the only one I remember. Since all the new multi-core Logix processors include an additional on-board memory chip, with v21 they also now all support saving routine comments and descriptions into the processor itself. **What problems is ProposalWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Here we use Logix studio 5000 a form of rockwell automation to write programs on our PLCs. We are able to connect to our allen bradley units and add functions and steps to help our process. We also can see what needs to be done in our future line of automation machines that way we can address the issues now in the desire review phase than when we actually have it on the production floor. ### 10.
