I have used Proposal Quick Start (PQS) since it was first released. I had been a very satisfied customer of the developer's earlier proposal software system. Ownership of that earlier system was purchased by another company and the price ultimately increased to the point that I could no longer justify the expense. So, I was excited to learn that a new system -- PQS -- was now available, and I asked for a trial run. Within a few hours, I knew I was going to being using PQS.
With PQS, even the most complex RFP can be parsed to create an accurate and compliant proposal outline drawn from the RFP itself. PQS is intuitive, easy to use, and -- thanks to the application of AI -- very fast. Beyond producing an outline, PQS can be used to search for key words, acronyms, FAR clauses, and so forth. In other words, it offers a wide variety of features. It has saved me countless hours, and I recently used it to demonstrate to a client that their initial draft response to a complex 189-page RFP was not compliant. All reports generated by PQS can be displayed in multiple formats, so the output can be readily integrated into standard business software such as Microsoft 365 or Google.
Beyond this, PQS has two other strengths. First, customer support is excellent. Second, it is highly affordable. It is therefore a true "best value" purchase -- excellent results at price far lower than many competing systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I cannot think of a single negative. PQS does what it is supposed to do, and it does it well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
