Recommendations to others considering ProPet:
Take the time to set up your ProPet account and make sure it is where you want it to be before actually using it within your company. When I was setting up our ProPet account, there was a lot to put together and there was a lot to figure out about how we wanted to do things - I really did enjoy making our ProPet website our's. However, I did feel rushed because people wanted to start using it right away. Even after I trained everyone how to use ProPet, we hit a few snags and that changed some stuff but really that is to be expected. Another thing I would recommend is give your customers a fair warning that you are making this change. Tell them when they come into the office, email them, and/or put it on your Facebook page or other social media sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is ProPet solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is in one place now and we have less jobs to do. When a customer used to make a reservation, it would take us about 15 minutes to get everything we had to do to get ready for them to come done but now with ProPet, it takes about 5 minutes. We used to hand write paper invoices with all of the customer's information on it and then we would have to write out a food/medication sheet, etc. Now we just click a few things on ProPet and we are done with that part in less than a minute.
