atGreat Software Program!
One thing that I love about ProPet is that everything is in one place - we can easily access any information about the dog's past stays, payments, etc. A good number of our customers enjoy accessing their own Customer Account on ProPet to make reservations, pay a bill, update information about their dog, etc. I love that customers can upload pictures of their dog to their account and we can see them on our end, too. Another favorite thing about ProPet is how much paper we save and it really lightens up the load of work we do behind the scenes before a dog even comes to stay with us - now we can spend more time where we want to be - with the dogs! The customer support is also wonderful!
