It tracks clients, transactions, employees, and more. They are continually improving the product based on customer feedback. Their mobile app is full-featured, and all my groomers need. As a business owner, I use the mobile app, but I use the desktop app when I do payroll. If I have a problem or can't find how to do what I need, their support is always helpful and responsive. **What do you dislike about MoeGo?** There is not much to dislike. Sometimes I have upgrade ideas for what I wish it could do. Several times these ideas have become new features. They have customers vote on what enhancements they would like to see next, so I always vote. **What problems is MoeGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Grooming Pawlor uses MoeGo to handle all my customer appointments, send reminders, track invoices and collect money (via square). This is huge and I couldn't imagine doing business without it. I started out using a different company and ended up switching to MoeGo because they could handle my whole business in a way the other couldn't. Recently I started using it for payroll reports and it has made processing payroll much easier. ### 2. Excellent product. Example: block scheduling that actually WORKS is now part of the product and wasn't when we signed up six months ago. Very responsive. I like that it connects to waze. I find the auto scheduling for appointments really useful too. **What do you dislike about MoeGo?** I find the connection to my Google calendar is an hour behind time. I'd like to be able to have an option to block out time for holidays etc where it would show on the calendar and Google maps what you've blocked time out for. **What problems is MoeGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Moego makes my day-to-day life much easier as I can do all my business admin in one app. The auto scheduling makes rebooking customers in different locations much easier as it finds the best routes! ### 4. I have square integrated and credit card processing is painless & simple to use. The ability to view my appointments by day/week/month is nice for quick glances and blocking off dates for time off is also quick and easy. **What do you dislike about MoeGo?** I had a issue with a refund but the MoeGo staff responded apologeticly and satisfied my concern. **What problems is MoeGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** The appointment scheduling makes my life so much easier! I can book from my phone no matter where I'm at! Their response time for support is amazing. Staff are friendly, always helpful and respond with helpful simple to follow instructions so I can get my system running efficiently right away. **What do you dislike about MoeGo?** I didn't realise that when I started taking customer payments through their system the first payment would take 7 days and subsequent payments will take 2 days to clear. **What problems is MoeGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Their FB page is regularly looking for feedback to improve their system so there are too many to list. The software is and scheduling is helpful and easy. Customer service is great and gets back to you within minutes every time! **What do you dislike about MoeGo?** There are some glitches and bugs occasionally that can make my totals on my invoices off, and that can be completely frustrating. It wasn't an issue until a couple of months ago. MoeGo is aware and said they are working to see where the glitch is originating from. **Recommendations to others considering MoeGo:** Absolutely look no further, this is the best scheduling/business software for groomers! Especially one person business, mobile groomers, etc. **What problems is MoeGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** MoeGo helps making scheduling, taking payment, invoices, policy forms, reports, and client lists easy. It's basically a one stop shop, outside of external payment platforms. Only issue is the current invoice tax glitch. They are always available, and always find the best solution when needed. I routinely interact with the same agents so I feel as if I have a relationship with them. The company is always working to improve the app even though in my experience no improvement was needed from day one! They think of everything! **What do you dislike about MoeGo?** I have not found anything that I dislike about MOEGO. When I first switched to 2.0 I was not happy with certain changes but I adapted and actually see how the updated version is MUCH better. **Recommendations to others considering MoeGo:** Don't hesitate to use this app. **What problems is MoeGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** MOEGO sends customizable reminder messages, review boosters (which were a game changer when I first opened!) and keeps track of vaccine records for me, which is probably the most helpful feature for me personally. **Official Response from Edward MoeGo:** > Thank you! It keeps me organized and on schedule. I cannot recommend it enough. I have clients that are doctors and therapists wanting something just like Moego for their practices. My clients love it too. **What do you dislike about MoeGo?** There isn't anything I dislike. All in all, I love Moego. It keeps me on track and my clients love it and are very happy. **What problems is MoeGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lost appointments on paper. It solves no shows and lates. It is so easy to send a message out when an appointment is made letting the client know they must be on time or be charged. No show? They will be charged. ### 9. I really appreciate the routing aspects and the integration to Square for POS. Also the confirmation texts are a huge time saver. **What do you dislike about MoeGo?** I honestly haven't found anything that I truly dislike. If I have had an issue, they respond quickly and listen to feedback to improve their customer experience. **What problems is MoeGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scheduling and routing as well as the ease of check out and invoicing. It would make my line so much easier. I also like being able to send agreements via text and take deposits. It integrates with square also which I like. **What do you dislike about MoeGo?** The inability to customize employee schedules by calendar dates. I also wish you could print receipts. I wish it told me on the main screen which dogs have rabies on file and which don't. **What problems is MoeGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Taking deposits has helped eliminate a majority of no shows. I also like that it automatically texts customers to remind them of upcoming appointments. I understand MoeGo was originally for mobile grooming, but I use it for my one-on-one salon but have a bather so appointments overlap. It would be nice to have a way to set up your schedule where you can only book certain services in a time slot to make scheduling for a receptionist or bather easier so they don't mess up the schedule. **Recommendations to others considering MoeGo:** Very easy to use and great customer support in the app **What problems is MoeGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like being able to see my schedule and talk to clients from the app on my personal phone. I like how quickly you can schedule appointments and have the appointment texted to the client immediately. They make every effort to assist you in making their software work for you! **What do you dislike about MoeGo?** I would like to be able to reduce the number of steps it takes to get some things done and more options to improve the messaging system. Keeps track of each individual client and allows the ability to put notes or flag a file for importance. **What do you dislike about MoeGo?** That any report you want to print has to be in an Excel format, and does not have the ability to just print out a report without other software being involved. **Recommendations to others considering MoeGo:** One of the only software that does everything for the pet grooming industry. **What problems is MoeGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Yes. They're so helpful with even the smallest things. Integrating with stripe has made payments so much easier and the map feature is great. **What do you dislike about MoeGo?** There are a few ways I think the menu could be cleaned up and made more user friendly. The order and wording of some things. Can't edit an appointment to a different pet in the same family, have to delete and recreate.

Very user friendly and all suggestions are taken on board. Regular updates are provided with multiple new features. I wouldn't go with anyone else. **What do you dislike about MoeGo?** The only thing that could be improved would be the subscription options being in AUD / more Australian user friendly options. Tons of customization and streamlined lots of admin work. Best of all, the support service is awesome. Having everything all in one place makes my job so much easier. **What do you dislike about MoeGo?** I would like it if it integrated with QuickBooks better. If we could upload client files and photos directly to their profile. **Recommendations to others considering MoeGo:** Super user-friendly. Clients love being able to pay their invoices online.
