They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about Kennel Link?** I like that Kennel Link is super easy to use and takes you step by step in great detail. I like the simplicity of this software. I don't utilize the more complicated functions because I am only a daycare. The simplistic look contributes to it's ease of use. Kennel Link by far is the most initiative and easiest to use. Someone with little or no computer experience could pick it up and use it in no time. I love how it integrates online reservations into our website. I love that I can acess the software from anywhere on earth. **What do you dislike about Kennel Link?** Daycare checkout was a little confusing. **What problems is Kennel Link solving and how is that benefiting you?** The structure of the pricing. A few customers were charged for a few extra dogs. So the pricing has helped substantially. ### 2.
