"Effortless Training Management with Stellar Support"
What do you like best about Progress Retail?

I really enjoy Progress Retail for its training aspect, which is a big deal for us. They create the training for us, and I appreciate that a lot. Another thing I like is their great AI capabilities, which allow us to do a one-stop shop question, and it reads through all the video footage, training, and files stored in Progress Retail to give us the best answer. I also value having a close relationship with Ray, who is always available and helps us use the platform more effectively so we can work smarter. Additionally, I find it valuable that we can give very linear or specific slides or notes, and Progress Retail can generate a learning library or program for the fleet. It's amazing how it makes the information digestible. Lastly, I like being able to get a pulse of the completion rate, which helps us with accountability and visibility into what's happening out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Progress Retail?

I think right now, it's not an actual app like on the phone. It's a website, still a web-based app. I have to go to a web browser or tap the icon, but it's still the websites. If it was an application, I think that would be the next step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Progress Retail?

The implementation of Progress Retail has been an overwhelmingly positive experience for our retail business. From the outset, Ray and the wider team have been exceptionally supportive, professional, and efficient, making the entire process feel seamless and well-structured.

While we are still in the early stages of introducing the platform, we have already observed a notable increase in team engagement. Both our in store and head office teams, find it user friendly, visual and also seamless. The AI function has been the biggest hit with our in store teams.

We have already noticed a decline in back and forth questions from our retail teams and also a visibility across communications which is invaluable.

We are truly excited about the potential of the platform and look forward to seeing this engagement continue to grow as we further onboard and embed Progress Retail into our day-to-day operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Progress Retail?

I really like that Progress Retail helps us stay organized and up to date in a rapidly growing company. The trainings are broken down into bite-sized courses, and resources are easy to find, which makes us more effective and efficient in our jobs. The task management features are well-organized with different views. It works on all devices and has proven to be very reliable.
