Initially, I was a little skeptical about its functionality, but the moment I started using it, I found it very useful, user-friendly, and a great tool for educators who want to create professional courses. It is a perfect blend of teachers' knowledge and technology. It offers a wide variety of functions, ranging from customization of the look and feel of the courses to automatically generating audio and transcriptions. You can organize your courses into modules and topics and also add assessment questions at relevant places. If you want to add additional resources to the course in the form of videos, URLs, or any other type of content, this tool makes it easy for you. Overall, I found this tool very useful for educators and recommend it for designing professional and engaging courses. **What do you dislike about Prodient.io?** This tool has the necessary features for course design, but I did not find how to add animation to text that appears on slides to synchronize it with the audio **What problems is Prodient.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prodient.io simplifies the process of creating professional online courses by offering customizable modules, multimedia integration, and assessment tools, all in one platform. It saves me time with AI-driven voiceovers, automated transcriptions, and an in-built image library, allowing me to focus on delivering engaging, high-quality content efficiently. ### 2. The LMS that we use does allow content authoring but at a basic level - there was a large amount of pre-reads that had been haphazardly placed in a messy set of disconnected pages on the LMS. When I joined, one of the first things I did was to package all the pages into a much more interactive, neater, slicker SCORM package that could also track completion. We immediately saw an increase in engagement and the number of learner complaints with the LMS dropped drastically.Some of the things I loved about Prodient: 1. Ease of use: I was up and running in about an hour with the tool. Prodient is created keeping the non-technical developer in mind. As a new user to the tool, I picked it up very quickly which worked well for me. I had joined a new job and needed to create an impact quickly. Prodient helped me do that! 2. A massive repository of templates: Prodient has an impressive stash of templates to choose from (about 60 as of now and I'm sure more would be added soon), from basic image-and-text templates to complex gamified options, depending on your content, your client, and your audience. Some of the templates that I have used often are the accordion, tabs, clickable hotspots over an image. Some really cool options are the image comparison, where you can compare two images by dragging a pointer back and forth, with one image laid over another and the scratch-and-reveal text template. A few learners specifically commented on that page commenting that it was a pity that they hadn't won a coupon! Some of the gamified templates that I thought were cool were the Find-A-Word, a word search template and the Color Connector. 3. Ability to localize a course into multiple languages: Prodient is one of the few tools in the market today that provides you with the capability to design in multiple languages quickly and easily. 4. Text-to-speech: Creating quality audio has never been easier! Apart from the ability to add your own mp3 files, Prodient's text-to-speech tool makes it easy to create quality audio in a variety of languages, voices, accents and dialects. 5. Receptive team: How many times have you written to the support group when your authoring tool fails to work hoping to hear back? The team at Tesseract are the most prompt to revert and have issues fixed. Even in the templates page where there are 50+ templates to choose from, you can see a Request-a-template button, which shows you how open the team is. 6. Regular updates that keep improving the tool based on feedback received - I see new features added like accessibility as a case in point - almost each time I open the tool! **What do you dislike about Prodient.io?** What I would like to see in Prodient in the future are more features for the more advanced developer incorporating some codes. Also, I would like the ability to design, package and present single-page micro designs and microlearning that I can embed easily into the LMS directly without having to click multiple times to view the content. **What problems is Prodient.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** In my case, I needed an authoring tool to present the pre-reads as a self-paced course before a live session. Previously, the pages were presented in a messy and haphazard way as the LMS permits only basic content authoring. With Prodient I was able to quickly package and present the content in a neater and slicker way that was appreciated by both stakeholders as well as learners. ### 3.
