**What do you like best about Process Pro Consulting RevOps?**

Working with the team at Process Pro was about as smooth as it could be. They did utilize our communication platforms so integration was easy. We left every meeting with a clear understanding of what the focus was and action items for both sides when the meeting concluded. I felt they went above and beyond to explain what they were doing and educate us on the ways we can do some of the work ourselves.

**What do you dislike about Process Pro Consulting RevOps?**

There wasn't much to dislike about Process Pro at all. I was kind of disappointed I didn't get an invite to the Bonnaroo music festival trip, but that's pretty trivial ;).

If you need someone to come in and optimize your sales software, Process Pro is an awesome choice. While they do get the work done as discussed, you can steer the ship and learn along the way.

**What problems is Process Pro Consulting RevOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were underutilizing hubspot, as I'm sure many companies do. Process Pro swooped in to optimize our reporting and create workflows we can use to promote our business and gather feedback through various stages of the buyer journey. They have been a godsend. They also created better reporting so we can quickly make decisions based on data.

More supporting documents, playbooks, etc, would have been helpful.

We engaged Process Pro for HubSpot onboarding. The experience was great. We have a clear plan that we worked through. As we were progressing faster or slower, Process Pro was able to adjust the plan. In our case, they were able to accelerate the plan and deliver next-level training/onboarding.

I have only had one, minor, issue that has since been resolved. They are extremely responsive to feedback and quick to problem solve.

Process Pros is a trusted partner that is a critical extension of our marketing and sales operation. They set up the processes in HubSpot that help us work more efficiently and access the data we need to run our business. In short, they do the technical work, so we can focus on growing our business.

**What do you like best about Process Pro Consulting RevOps?**

Process Pro's are always available to answer any question or dig into any issues that appears. We've been using them for over a year now and cannot imagine life without them.

**What do you dislike about Process Pro Consulting RevOps?**

When we first started with Process Pro's they had an account manager on our team that did not get along with our Marketing Ops person. There was a lot of finger pointing and blame thrown around. The account manager never shown any anger or resentment towards us. They simply showed data to prove the issues were not from things they implemented. Once that ops person was removed things began to smooth out.

**Recommendations to others considering Process Pro Consulting RevOps:**

Hire them! As said above, I cannot imagine my work-life without them.

**What problems is Process Pro Consulting RevOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to migrated several HubSpot instances into one instance. Process Pro's were called in to help us assess our properties, aid us in the transition, and hold our hand as things didn't go as planned with our migrations.

PPC was able to help facilitate a smooth migration of our HubSpot instance into our new parent company's instance. They helped think through all the technical requirements in addition to the merging of business processes for a smooth and successful migration.

**What do you dislike about Process Pro Consulting RevOps?**

There was one incident where too many people had their hands in maintaining a spreadsheet that was our master record for how the API fields are mapped from our software to HubSpot. When we flagged this, PPC took the initiative to review the information and update it so we knew our current state post-changes.

PPC helped us unite our team into one common CRM instead of having two different instances. This led to increased efficiency and time savings for sales, customer success and marketing teams.

We've worked with Process Pro Consulting (PPC) for over two years in a variety of different ways and projects. They've primarily championed our Hubspot instance but have effortlessly taken steps beyond that and helped focus not only on Hubspot but also on the advanced automations and integrations throughout our Tech Stack. They are excited and energized to roll up their sleeves and learn what is needed about a new tool to make sure the project is a success. PPC has always done an outstanding job gathering precise requirements, reporting on timelines, managing stakeholders, and project implementation and execution.

**What do you like best about Process Pro Consulting RevOps?**

It has always been their "can do" attitude and willingness to be involved in the face of ambiguity. PPC is a true partner in every word and always has your company's best interest at heart at the end of the day.

If I'm forced to choose a dislike, I'd have to say it's that there is always one solution presented. It'd be interesting to see a crawl, walk, run approach where there are faster iterations of projects to get things operational, and we can begin learning about it with walk and run phases lined up if needed.

They are solving some of our most challenging Hubspot problems and making our instance work within the confines of our unique business needs. They've been an incredible source of knowledge and help!

PPC helped us assess and implement a number of Hubspot efficiencies. We worked with them ongoing for several months! I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Adam again in the future.

**What do you like best about Process Pro Consulting RevOps?**

The entire team at PPC is organized, responsive, and professional. It was very easy to explain complex ideas (or attempt to) and they always understood what we were trying to solve. They are well-versed in a number of revops proficiencies and give unbiased opinions. Adam and the team are up to date on best practices in Hubspot and that was incredibly valuable to our team who was relatively inexperienced with Hubspot as a CRM at the start of our time together.

**What do you dislike about Process Pro Consulting RevOps?**

At one point, there were too many admins in the systems which boosted our licensing cost. We were able to reuse those licenses for other users once they moved off the project, so as a scaling startup this was no big deal.

Dive a little deeper during discovery! We missed a few things in our lead status revamp that caused some issues, but it was nothing that we couldn't solve.

**What do you like best about Process Pro Consulting RevOps?**

The Process Pro team is highly skilled and very pragmatic - which was exactly what a young company needed to help us automate our revenue operations.  They are also very easy to work with.  They work around our availability and budget realities and are always available to us.

**What do you dislike about Process Pro Consulting RevOps?**

Sometimes they are too nice.  I think their consulting background lends itself to help us arrive at our own decisions, but sometimes start-ups like us need to be told how best to move forward so we do not spin in some sort of an "analysis-paralysis" situation. I recommend being clear when you need them to take the reigns.

They know the modern tools landscape better than us, so they helped us make key decisions on what tooling we needed and over what timeline.  Then they implemented the automation on our behalf.  This saved us a ton of time and frustration.

Process Pro helped us re-skin our revenue operations, with a particular focus on member renewal process. This was especially important for us because, as a nonprofit membership organization, we were looking to implement private sector best practices and efficiencies.

**What do you like best about Process Pro Consulting RevOps?**

As a client, I have never been taken care of better. Often on projects like this, timelines aren't met and we spent a lot of time re-establishing goals and next steps. With Process Pro, I never had to worry about that because they kept it so organized. I received weekly updates with next steps to be taken by them and by me.

**What do you dislike about Process Pro Consulting RevOps?**

The only thing negative I could say is that they made me look bad. They never missed a deadline and I missed several!

We had invested a lot in technology, process and team but needed someone to tie it all together, so everyone was working off of the same process docs. Our Customer Success Team immediately appreciated higher clarity. We dramatically improved our sales processes for pipeline management: simplifying our structures and clarifying guidance.

Early 2020, we were already 9.5% ahead of our annual renewals than the prior year.

Process Pros have been engaged with us helping us transform our business processes and technology stack so we can have more effective and efficient revenue operations. The engagement has required them to be involved in conversations with our Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Success teams and they are equally as excellent in their ability to be engaged with each of those very different personas to move us forward through the transformation. They are bold, but not aggressively so. They very appropriately leverage their experiences with other companies like ours, but have made a strong effort to ensure that they have a firm understanding of our unique business needs as they engage with us and help us with our decision making. They are, in a word, invaluable to us.

Their knowledge and expertise. They have a near perfect balance of business acumen and technology knowledge. As someone that has spent over two decades in consulting, they are very unique in their approach and their skillsets.

Spend time with them talking through your business challenges and pains and I think that you'll quickly see that they bring a little something different to the table. They have the knowledge and expertise of one of the giant national or international consulting firms without all the overhead related to being engaged with one.

We are entering a new stage of our SaaS business lifecycle and to scale and grow, we absolutely had to refine the way we approached all the different things that impact revenue operations. Process Pros are helping us to do that work. We have already become far more efficient and we understand more about our customer sentiment that we ever have before. Soon we will more effectively deal with how we manage our subscriptions so that it is easier for us to expand subscriptions within our accounts and properly recognize the revenue associated to it.

Regardless if the challenge or opportunity, Process Pro were able to dissect the challenge and provide an approach that was logical and tangible in it's outcome.

Sometimes there was a disconnect between what we as a business needed as a quick fix and the solution being offered. However, with a quick call we were always able to align and get to an appropriate solution in a timely manner.

We initially brought Adam and the team in to help with HubSpot optimization. Given their ability to add value, that quickly turned into a long-term engagement owning our planning, execution and ongoing support. Some of our current wins include a defined data mapping process, reporting + dashboarding improvements, integrations, 3rd-party tool optimization and team training.

Working with Process Pro's at this stage in our evolution allowed us to leverage all the benefits of a full-full time rev ops team without the cost and leaning curve.

ProcessPro has blown us away from day one.  The level of organization, knowledge, and proactivity never ceases to impress us as we continue to rely on them through our CRM implementation and rollout and streamline our Sales Ops process.  We've learned a ton working Adam and team - we came to Process Pro with a very unique sales process that continues to evolve and he did a great job of learning our business model, our current tracking methods, and our vision for how we wanted our pipeline management and outreach process to dramatically improve.   We went through a thorough review process before we landed on Hubspot as the tool that would best fit our needs, and the transition was very clear and timed well.  He also went above and beyond with building training material for our team that we continue to use.  Adam and team are now helping to enhance our reporting dashboards and build a plan to enhance our marketing efforts via tools available in Hubspot.  Highly, highly recommend working with this incredible team!!
