Clients book online 24/7 from a pro's personal link with no app download and no account required. When a cancellation happens, the next person on the waitlist is notified automatically. Deposits protect every appointment and SMS reminders keep clients showing up. Payments are built in. Client notes, photos, and formula records are stored on every profile so pros never lose track of what works. The built-in CRM keeps every client relationship organized in one place. **What do you like best about Primzy?**

I like that Primzy is an all-in-one booking system, which lets me keep all my clients organized effortlessly. The feature that allows clients to pay me directly through the app is a big plus. I can also text reminders through the app, which makes client communication seamless. It's also fantastic that Primzy is student-friendly, so I can use the booking system as a student to book clients I bring to my school. Another thing I appreciate is the improvement Primzy has made in response to user feedback. It's clear they are striving to be the best, and I love that you can even add blogs, making it an all-inclusive website. Plus, it’s offered at a phenomenal monthly price. Setting up Primzy was extremely easy; I got everything set up within an hour or two, which was super simple and quick. I definitely love Primzy and rate it highly over other tools like Booksy, Vagaro, or Gloss Genius.

**What problems is Primzy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primzy replaces multiple booking systems with an all-in-one solution, letting me keep track of clients and payments easily. I love that I can text reminders and as a student, I can book clients for school too. It's way better than Booksy.
