Managers should not be in management. No training, No advancement. **What do you dislike about Presidio Networked Solutions?** Nothing was positive. Presidio gave me the worst experience **Recommendations to others considering Presidio Networked Solutions:** The management should bridge the gap between departments i.e. pre-sales and post-sales. So far, Can’t recommend it to anyone **What problems is Presidio Networked Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. I didn’t solve any problem. My advice is, please don't join this company ### 2. They helped with our settings, deployment, training, governance, and project documentation. **What do you like best about Presidio Networked Solutions?** Presidio was very good at the project management piece of their engagement. They were able to call out what meetings they need set up, and made sure action items were followed up with from our previous meetings. They helped hold our internal team accountable for work that needed to be complete. **What do you dislike about Presidio Networked Solutions?** Presidio really didn't provide a ton of value for our project. We contracted them primarily to assist with settings, especially security. We found out that our system was already configured correctly. I took all of our meeting minutes and action items, set up meetings, and then followed up with everyone individually to complete tasks. This was something we could have done in-house without their assistance. If we had questions, they directed us to Microsoft's online help, and a lot of their training materials came from material already accessible online. **Recommendations to others considering Presidio Networked Solutions:** With any consulting service, make sure you have roles and responsibilities clearly defined. If you're expecting them to provide training documentation, such as manuals or other materials, make sure it's in the statement of work. Also, start working with Presidio earlier rather than later. I feel like they would have been a better partner if we engaged them earlier. **What problems is Presidio Networked Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a perception that our security settings were not up to par, and that we would need training for Microsoft 365 tools, such as Yammer, Teams, OneDrive, etc. What we found is that our settings were already configured, and that the products we were rolling out were much simpler than we originally thought. We could have done this in-house without any problems.
