What do you dislike about Presidio Networked Solutions?
Presidio really didn't provide a ton of value for our project. We contracted them primarily to assist with settings, especially security. We found out that our system was already configured correctly. I took all of our meeting minutes and action items, set up meetings, and then followed up with everyone individually to complete tasks. This was something we could have done in-house without their assistance. If we had questions, they directed us to Microsoft's online help, and a lot of their training materials came from material already accessible online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Recommendations to others considering Presidio Networked Solutions:
With any consulting service, make sure you have roles and responsibilities clearly defined. If you're expecting them to provide training documentation, such as manuals or other materials, make sure it's in the statement of work. Also, start working with Presidio earlier rather than later. What problems is Presidio Networked Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a perception that our security settings were not up to par, and that we would need training for Microsoft 365 tools, such as Yammer, Teams, OneDrive, etc. What we found is that our settings were already configured, and that the products we were rolling out were much simpler than we originally thought.
