Precedent has been great at getting our firm’s demands sent out to the insurance companies in a timely manner. They also follow up quickly to let us know if there’s any issue with sending a demand. They’re always available to answer questions about using Precedent and whether certain features can be used. Since our firm started using Precedent, we’ve been getting great results for our clients.
