That said, the changes that have been made over the past several months indicate a clear intentionality in terms of progressing in that direction. **What problems is Precedent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Precedent is saving our intake team time by assisting with the claims opening process and saving me time by generating the bones/foundation of a demand. ### 8.
