What do you like best about Precedent?

Precedent has been great at getting our firm’s demands sent out to the insurance companies in a timely manner. They also follow up quickly to let us know if there’s any issue with sending a demand. They’re always available to answer questions about using Precedent and whether certain features can be used. Since our firm started using Precedent, we’ve been getting great results for our clients. What do you dislike about Precedent?

What do you like best about Precedent?

I really appreciate Precedent for the AI insights, especially when it comes to med chron and the possible arguments on both sides to use with the adjuster. I love how fast Precedent can read medical records, which really helps speed up my ability to get a demand done. I enjoy working with the team at Precedent because of their responsiveness. What do you like best about Precedent?

Precedent saves me hours and hours on medical summaries to be incorporated into a settlement demand, and it has accepted language that I have spent a few years curating, that I generally prefer to include at the close of every 3rd party demand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
