**What do you like best about PR.co?**

I truly appreciate PR.co for its exceptional customer service, which makes a notable impact on our experience. Naomi, our go-to person, is incredibly helpful and always ready to address any queries we have, which adds immense value to the service. Additionally, the product stands out in its ability to be tailored to fit our exact needs and branding requirements. This customization ensures that PR.co seamlessly integrates as a part of our brand, avoiding the feel of an external third-party system. The user interface is not only professional and clean but also easy to operate, boasting high-tech capabilities without being overly complicated. I love how well it integrates with our website, serving as a portfolio for potential clients to see the scope of our work and our client news. The ease of initial setup with the support of the PR.co team facilitated a smooth transition. They handled most of the setup and aligned everything with our existing systems, which was crucial for us.

**What do you dislike about PR.co?**

One initial pain point was that PR.co didn't naturally fit with our specific CRM system, however this was easily fixed by the PR.co team making some tweaks on the backend. As I said before, they really go above and beyond!

We use PR.co to efficiently share client news with a professional look. It tailors to our needs, integrates well with our systems, and simplifies the setup process. I also love that we can showcase news clips as a portfolio to prospective clients.

**What do you like best about PR.co?**

As the organizers of a high-profile international event, we needed a platform that could support fast-paced, large-scale media operations—and PR.co has delivered on all fronts. It was easy to implement and intuitive to use from day one. The platform’s smart structure allowed our team to get up and running quickly without a steep learning curve, even during a demanding lead-up to race week.

We use PR.co to publish press releases, manage media assets, and centralize all key information for journalists in one accessible, well-designed newsroom. It keeps everything organized and ensures consistency across every touchpoint. The built-in reporting tools help us track media coverage and measure performance at a glance—saving time and making our work more visible to partners and stakeholders.

From press materials to accreditation info, everything is in one place. The integrations work smoothly, and the level of customer support has been excellent: fast, knowledgeable, and proactive. PR.co allows us to scale our communications without losing control, and to deliver a reliable, professional experience for media before, during, and after the event.

**What do you dislike about PR.co?**

We’ve spotted some small errors/bugs but the support team was quick to fix any issues. 
Next to that we are not able to search in a database for contactpersons for specific pressmailings.

**What problems is PR.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PR.co helps us simplify and professionalize the way we communicate with the media—especially around a complex, fast-moving event like the Dutch Grand Prix. With a central, beautifully designed newsroom, we can keep all our press materials—like news updates, images, and accreditation info—organized and accessible in one place. It ensures journalists always have the latest, most accurate information at their fingertips, even during race weekend. The platform also saves our team valuable time: reporting tools make it easy to track impact, and the intuitive interface means we can quickly publish or update content without involving developers. PR.co helps us stay in control of our communications, project a consistent brand image, and deliver a smooth experience to both media and partners.

pr.co is a joy to use. The interface is clean, modern, and incredibly intuitive—everything from creating content to organizing assets feels obvious and fast. The design polish makes everyday work pleasant, and the workflow encourages consistency without getting in the way. Their customer support is outstanding: quick, friendly, and genuinely helpful whenever I have a question.

I've yet to hit any real downsides. Even implementation was smooth and straightforward.

**What do you like best about PR.co?**

I love dealing with Naomi, she is always helpful and will go above and beyond to understand what the client needs and try to see how to translate it into the interface. It's always been incredibly smooth to solve any issue / doubt I have had and she is incredibly responsive, you never feel on your own!

I use the platform more than once a week and it's very intuitive + features are exactly what I need and they are uncomplicated to figure out

**What do you dislike about PR.co?**

Nothing much so far! Although of course you don't have full creative power when it comes to personalization of the news room, Naomi has always been great in trying to find common ground in the realm of possibilities

I appreciate PR.co's user-friendly and intuitive publishing workflow that guides me through the process. The customer support is incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I've encounter issues (huge shoutout to Naomi Chalmers who is so helpful!). Having an all-in-one platform for managing our newsroom, including scheduling press releases and integrating media kits was valuable.

I find some aspects of the backend platform organization to be less user-friendly. Improving this aspect could make the platform more intuitive.

**What do you like best about PR.co?**

PR.co simplifies the news publishing and distribution process. With their services, we can publish news and send it to journalists or other interested parties—all at once. This streamlined approach saves time and ensures that our story reaches the right audience promptly.

Managing media contacts and emails is very easy with PR.co's comprehensive CRM system. We keep track of all our important connections and ensure efficient communication and collaboration with journalists and interested parties.

The Media Kits of PR.co help you to organize different themes and stories and can be used both externally and internally.

**What do you dislike about PR.co?**

The backend doesn't let you scroll down when a pop-up is opened. This means you have to minimize your screen in order to save i.e. a password for a Media Kit. Also, HR images are not scaled automatically within campaigns and are therefore available for download to all. However, the account managers are very open minded and willing to find a solution that suits your needs.

Publishing and distributing from one CRM and having one press room.

The team at PR.co make it a super easy set up process and they're on hand to guide you through every step of the way. I use the tool on a daily basis and it's significantly improved media relations and media intelligence for us.

The CMS could do with an upgrade but the team are aware and hoping to implement some changes in the near future.

PR.co has a lot of really useful resources online, that not only help with day-to-day PR strategy but for getting internal buy-in to use the software and to make the onboarding process easy.

**What do you dislike about PR.co?**

Some of the tools aren't super intuitive, for example, you can't change the file name of a photo once it's already uploaded to a media kit.

**What problems is PR.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pr.co is a key tactic in driving in bound PR opportunities. Journalists know how to find us, and they have the information they need on hand.

**What do you like best about PR.co?**

The platform is easy to onboard, easy to use and it helps us to do our jobs more efficient and in a beautiful manner. The fact that we can create the source of truth for all things related to our brand is invaluable. What our developers love most is that we can do all this without them, so they can develop our own product instead of building and maintaining a non-core product. Furthermore, they have a great and friendly support team. Always willing to give us a helping hand. The team is quick to respond, and even if they can’t solve our issue immediately, they always find ways to help.

**What do you dislike about PR.co?**

I'd love to be able to churn out static pages (e.g. a page for investor relations). I've been told that that's on the roadmap.

**What problems is PR.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a globally known digital brand, which includes a large media outlet, we know what a seamless experience with journalists should look like. If you want someone to write a story about you, you have to give them the info they might need in order to do so. That includes sending images, fact sheets, quotes, contact information for further press inquiries, but also on-brand content and highlights over time to give journalists an easy way to do figure out if it's worth writing about you.

We use pr.co to build that brand story and when we have news to go out to third party media we do it in a way our journalists would like to be reached out to. pr.co helps us to build beautiful on-brand content but also to build relationships with other media in an efficient way.

One of the reasons we chose to work wih  pr.co is how easy it is to use. The platform itself is very straightforward and uncomplicated. Our team and journalists (!) love it because it's easy to maintain and it makes our news look more professional.

It would be great if they can add a track change tool.

Before working with pr.co, we used several tools to impulse our media relations efforts. Although this isn't an all-in-one tool, pr.co makes my job much easier. What we appreciate the most as a team is the fact that the platform allows us to collaborate.

The Shimano newsroom was built without specific needs in mind. For a globally-minded business with a variety of regional offices and distributors, it's important that the branding of our newsroom looks and feels the same as the rest of our websites. This consistency helps us build trust with our stakeholders, as we aim to provide a seamless experience for them. 

The CRM database has helped us organize our work and enhance our media relations strategy.

**What do you dislike about PR.co?**

There is nothing to dislike about PR.co, where a feature that could be improved is the ability to track and compile media coverage in a seamless report. I find the adding clippings feature a bit cumbersome.

Any challenges that we encounter, PR.co helps us solve quickly and seamlessly. This increases our impact and helps ensure clear lines of communication across our regional offices - knowing that any member of our team can reach out to the supportive PR.co team member with any questions is very helpful!

If I had to pick a downside, I wish the CRM integrated with Gmail so colleagues could see who & how what media were last pitched. But maybe this feature is added someday!

**What do you like best about PR.co?**

Easy to use the tool, very intuitive and user friendly. The team is very helpful and energetic; it is easy to use, even for non-tech-savvy users. Powerful media kits: we use this function to upload high- res images, documents, and fact sheets. etc., for each of our clients. Instead of using links that expire, we usually send the newsroom or media kit. The PR CRM helps us to keep our media database up to date. We can add our latest encounters with the journalists we work with.

We sometimes run into minor bugs, but the support team is quick to fix any issues we run into.

**What problems is PR.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform helps us build and maintain stronger relationships with the media. It helps us to showcase our client's latest happenings and kits in one place. Having a centralised hub for press assets makes our clients look more professional and makes our job as an agency much easier. The categorisation feature helps us create individual pages and media kits for each client, making a journalist's job a lot easier.

We launched a great-looking newsroom on short notice, with minimal technical effort from our side. Working with their sales and support team was great. When needing help I would get an answer in a matter of minutes, always really friendly.

**What do you dislike about PR.co?**

Not sure, I haven't really found anything yet. Maybe that it would be nice to have an app to be able to use it on the go.

**What problems is PR.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We couldn't get a newsroom prioritized internally, so this really helped us set up a beautiful newsroom for one of our clients. Keeping all our PR work in one tool, we already have too many other tools. Being able to track who opened and clicked on my pitches.

pr.co is highly specialized and thought-through. The backend is easy to use. Importantly, the team is super responsive and a pleasure to work with. Can fully recommend working with them.

**What do you dislike about PR.co?**

The CRM is focused on email as the primary form of contact. In our case, we work a lot with influencers and even conventional journalists who are easier to reach on social media - it would be helpful to have more options for integrating these channels.

It is helping us with creating a really nice Newsroom without much effort from our side. It looks professional and builds credibility. We also notice that journalists are visiting the Newsroom to contact us.

PR.co seamlessly integrates into our website and looks great. The platform is easy to use and understand. even for teammates with little experience with the platform. The team at PR.co are super friendly and helpful.

Working with several markets in one newsroom, I would love more options for duplicating content across all the markets, especially in the media kit section.

Gathering all our press releases and content for media in one, good-looking place, with an easy-to-use platform that a PR manager can keep up to date - without having to get other departments involved - makes us able to always keep our newsroom up to date.

**What do you like best about PR.co?**

The best aspect of pr.co's offer is the ability to build a branded newsroom that seamlessly replicates the design of our website. We have 16 newsrooms and for us it was very important that all the news HQ and the local offices create would look consistent and professional. The tool is also easy to use which is very helpful for those colleagues who don't use the tool every week.

**What do you dislike about PR.co?**

Arranging the lists of spokespeople is a manual and fiddly job + the deploy message could look better.

**What problems is PR.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pr.co makes it super easy to create nice-looking global news and send it to our local offices for them to publish in their local newsroom. Our local teams can easily customize our campaigns and create their own news, and all of this branded consistently.

What I like most about pr.co is the practicality of monitoring after sending the information, as well as how easy it is to use the CRM as a database for the entire company.

It is a platform that is usually very slow.

As a PR agency, we needed to have a platform that gathers all our information, both media contact lists and also our clients' information. pr.co has adapted to our needs.

**What do you like best about PR.co?**

This is one of the few products that has a solid workflow in place to manage complex internal approvals. The product is easy to use and the development team is very responsive.

**What do you dislike about PR.co?**

Very little to dislike! There are a few small quirks, but so far when we have asked for them to be fixed we have been listened to and changes have been made.

**Recommendations to others considering PR.co:**

We looked at a lot of options and for managing the press release process this platform was a clear winner. It's very easy to implement and you can't beat the support!

**What problems is PR.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple sources for our press releases and this helps us manage our entire release pipeline across multiple organizations. It also is set up so it automatically updates our website removing the need to involve our web development team.

There's nothing not to like about this great app. I didn't find it anyway.

They are making it easy for me to share all the content needed for a journalist to write a story in one simple link. Before we had to send separate files or links to content which made the journalist's job a lot harder and thus it was harder for us to reach our PR goals

**What do you like best about PR.co?**

Easy to use and easy to manage. Best experience with the customer support as well. Always super friendly and supported us also with a big project. Worked already in two companies with pr.co and everyone was happy with the perfect newsrooms.

**What do you dislike about PR.co?**

No real downsides. Super reliable tool. Only the "clipping section" is sometimes not pulling the images from linked articles. This is only a super small thing.

**What problems is PR.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Typical PR stuff. Send out of press releases and managing our pr contacts. And, of course, being our pressroom.

Easily branded and accessible without needing to involve the company's entire web team, ability to gatekeep certain content, being able to segment multiple media kits.

For an organisation running events that target many different media niches, Pr.co allows us to keep a cohesive news room for broader media while still hosting information and media kits relevant to various market segments. Easy to update and distribute PR quickly.

At this time I cannot think of anything I dislike about using pr.co.

Our current website system was not accessible or easy to use and it made things difficult when uploading content or campaigns. By using pr.co, we are able to distribute our content in an easy + accessible manner to our various stakeholders.

I like the new newsroom we upgraded to. Looks great and is user-friendly for uploading press releases.

**What do you dislike about PR.co?**

Feels like our in-house website team could have set up the entire thing ourselves. Other tools seem to do everything pr.co does but also lots else.

We needed a newsroom that is user-friendly for our readers. It looks great, but in the backend, there's not much to it.

**What do you like best about PR.co?**

We were looking for a newsroom that would look just as good as our website. The pr.co team has exceeded our expectations, these newsrooms are beautifully designed. What makes pr.co’s newsrooms extra special is all the little usability features they have built into their newsrooms for journalists. You don’t see them at first sight, but these guys really do focus on trying to give journalists a great experience.

Secondly: we’re growing fast and we’ve hit the limits of quite some software tools at some point. Frustrating, once it’s finally all working as you want, the company outgrows a tool. That’s not the case with pr.co, we’ve already added two local newsrooms for new markets.

**What do you dislike about PR.co?**

Honestly, I don’t think I have any drawbacks. Looking forward to what new product features they’ll be coming up with.

**What problems is PR.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our PR efforts were all still mostly manual. Our main goal was to professionalise our efforts with a dedicated platform: everything in one place, not scattered over all kinds of tools. 

Once we implemented the newsroom, we learned the accidentally got another benefit from implementing pr.co: we’re seeing a lot more press requests come in!

We are a smaller agency doing a 1000 things at the same time, and with pr.co we can get our story out in a professional way without any hassle. Everything works intuitive and quick. And if i have any questions, their support is always quick to help.

I've only started using it recently in our organization, but nothing comes to mind.

- Sending and distributing news to our press contacts

An app could be nice, also some kind of extension for CRM or integration with one could be very helpful.

First of all, the customer service is super friendly, extremely responsive and very helpful. Feature-wise, it fulfills all the requirements we had. I was wondering for years, why there is not such a tool and was super happy when I found it.

Nothing discovered so far, but I only have started using it.

I don't like that there aren't more features on the analytics and how to really measure the success of any PR efforts.
