PPM Express was very easy to get started with basic functionality. Having moved from a more traditional PPM application, the implementation and integration with the existing Azure DevOps boards we were using was very quick. When we changed our structures withing Azure DevOps, it was equally easy to adapt the integrations. PPM Express support was helpful and their trainers guided us along the way as needed. The support staff is generally helpful, but there seems to be the occasional delay when an inquiry is made and further troubleshooting takes place. The support process typically requires communicating through the website chat, rather than the ability to easily open a ticket for further research.

Well, the in-app design could seem a bit outdated. That’s what you're used to in ADO or planner. I miss a bit the ability to create tasks in jira directly from the app. Hopefully, they'll present it soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
