Well designed software for the customer service, dispatcher, and accounting. Customization of data that works with what ever you need. The auto port information update is cutting down a lot of time and labor for the dispatcher. One dispatcher can handle many containers that old dispatching method. I could say that this is software that will cut down time and labor in all department. Ever since we used, we have been nothing but satisfied with their on line supports. I really appreciate how PortPro allows us to keep our drayage operations organized, dispatch drivers, and monitor operations effectively. We enjoy the user-friendly interface the most. I greatly value being able to filter through all our containers to find exactly what I'm looking for. I also love the AI integration with our Google spreadsheets.
