**What do you like best about PolyAI?**

I loved PolyAi for its exceptional capability to automate client calls.Their customer support is commendable. The interface is simple and very user friendly. We have been able to integrate it with various software systems. Provides human like voice that is of the highest quality imaginable. Certainly avoids a robot like voice. The wide array of features as an AI tool makes PolyAi an amazing tool to use.

**What do you dislike about PolyAI?**

There was very little to find fault with in my experience. Everything proceeded exceptionally smoothly and the team provided excellent support. If I had to mention a minor thing, it would be the inclusion of voice analytics to enchance our ability to analyze customer requests to the voice assistant. Additionally while this is not a significant concern some complex scenarios may pose slight challenges for PolyAi.

**What problems is PolyAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Operating aroudn the clock with a 100% call answering rate we ensure a consistently braded and superior guest experience especially in a marketplace where resources are often limited. Their customer driven chatbot can provide responses to customer inquiries with a commendable level of accuracy. This includes the ability to extract essential data from customer text and deliver meaningful responses to customer messages to a significant extent.

**What do you like best about PolyAI?**

I really like PolyAi tool because It is a best tool to help me to automate my calls for clients. It's have very easy to use interface and easy to implement with any software. Their customer support is also good. I am using poly ai frequently. Apart from that Poly ai also have lots of features to use as an AI tool. Also it's very easy to integrate.

**What do you dislike about PolyAI?**

Sometimes the app is working slow and it will take time to initiate any command.

PolyAi solves my biggest problem of handling customer queries because with the help of Polyai now I can automate the calling process for queries.

**What do you like best about PolyAI?**

There are many options for AI currently in the market. PolyAI impressed us by providing a product that could be launched in a short amount of time without risking quality. The PolyAI team is knowledgeable, adaptable, and responsive- they believe in their product, and we feel confident that we have their support.
In addition, the virtual agent does not require additional IT resources and will adapt based on data collected during the calls. This means we have not had to continuously maintain this service, allowing our team to focus on the operation and guest service.

**What do you dislike about PolyAI?**

Mohegan Sun’s overall experience of working with PolyAI has been positive. PolyAI has fully met our expectations, so we do not have issues to report or "dislikes".

**What problems is PolyAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During the pandemic, the incoming call volume nearly tripled with general information questions such as hours of operation and safety protocols. Staffing was a challenge during this time, so we were only able to answer less than half of the calls coming in. By implementing PolyAI, we saw immediate results: The VIP Services team was able to answer 30% more calls, our guest service scores increased, and the team morale skyrocketed.

Could not find any as it has very seem less API integrations too.

Like talking to a real person, speak naturally, interrupt, ask questions, and dive in and out of different topics.

Nothing to note. PolyAI were great to work with!

24/7 - 100% call answering, driving a more consistent branded guest experience in a marketplace with significant resource constraints. Also, providing data and analytics to support business decisions and optimise commercial activity at exec, brand, regional and local levels.

**What do you like best about PolyAI?**

The assistant itself is lifelike and constantly learning. The time saving it allows our staff onsite is the real value add. In comparison, competitor offerings seem robotic make customers feel like they are not being cared for.

**What do you dislike about PolyAI?**

Only downside is the public's acceptance of a voice assistant doing the job. Those not familiar with dealing with 'AI' tend to think of the assistant as rude although all it does is follow the script and adjust.

**What problems is PolyAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PolyAI are continuously training the voice assistant to recognise differing accents. This means the assistant is able to accomodate the customer and means fewer calls being routed to our sites, freeing up their time for day to day operations.

- Improves call answering stats. A huge isse within a hospitality sector that is facing recruitment and retention headwinds
- Incrementality delivers a great ROI
- The quality of customer led conversation assist is second to none, with a voice that connects with customers and doesnt feel robotic. Its intelligent and knows what the guest wants. High quality code that is able to understand native language with ease.
- Rich data available as an output of calls. Able to shape strategy

**What do you dislike about PolyAI?**

- None! Any further improvements to the PolyAI product would simply serve to supplement the already high quality service provided. PolyAI is already a high quality product that becomes more intelligent naturally with increased usage.

**What problems is PolyAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Understanding turn away data (Excess Demand). Our business is able to understand where there are inefficient restaurant plans and helps us to maximise assets. We can view rich granular data at store level, which allows us to focus energy in the right places. We've learnt so much about our guests; when they want to book, how they like to book. We turn this insight into strategic plans that has helped our business with over 50 years experience in the branded restaurant sector grow and learn.

**What do you like best about PolyAI?**

We reviewed several AI providers before choosing Poly AI. Voice quality was my number 1 requirement. Poly AI far exceeded the voice quality of the several other providers we reviewed. They deployed a voice assistant to handle non-revenue producing calls in 4 weeks. From day 1 it handled 87% of these calls allowing agents to focus on revenue calls and reduce customer hold times. A huge lift in customer experience.

**What do you dislike about PolyAI?**

There was really not a lot to dislike. Everything happened very smoothly. The team was very supportive. The one thing I wish we had is voice analytics to allow us to better analyze the customer requests to the voice assistant.

**What problems is PolyAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To begin with, Poly AI has allowed us to focus on profitability and drive a better experience with reduced wait time. We are now exploring other opportunites to allow  full hotel reservations bookings. There really is no limit to what we can do as long as we can imagine it.

Poly contain approx 30% of incoming calls, reducing the need for human interactions, subsequently allowing us to realise some FTE saving.

Currently no downside or dislikes to using Poly at this time

With the introduction of Poly, 
*we have reduced FTE Needed
*Reduced our Opening Hours with the Introduction of VA during Closed Times
* working with Poly AI Team to look at the art of the possible, with regard to the Authentication of customers and virtual transacting with no human intervention.

The quality of the voice recognition is exceptional. It deals with digressions, stutters and ambiguity much better than the alternatives - it is more human-like than other systems.

**What do you dislike about PolyAI?**

No downsides - great product, and a helpful, intelligent team who helped us get the best out of the product.

We were trying to route calls from the national helpline to the most local office without human intervention.
