## POINT Pricing FAQs

Generated using AI

Is POINT free, or does it offer a free trial?

Yes. According to G2 data, POINT offers a free plan with limited features. Users can upgrade to paid plans for additional capabilities. Visit the seller's official pricing page to compare plan options and features.

How much does POINT cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, POINT pricing in 2026 starts at $1,188.00 and can reach $2,388.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the POINT's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is POINT pricing best suited for?

POINT's pricing is best suited for small nonprofits and volunteer-driven organizations. The overwhelming majority of G2 reviewers are small businesses (50 or fewer employees) in nonprofit management, museums, education, and civic organizations. The free Core tier fits early-stage or budget-constrained nonprofits replacing spreadsheets. POINT's Pro plan suits growing nonprofits needing background checks, document management, and ongoing programs — G2 reviewers in performing arts, health care, and environmental services cite these features as essential. POINT's Pro for Teams targets mid-market organizations (51–1,000 employees) managing multiple departments or programs, with G2 mid-market reviewers in civic, education, and public safety roles confirming the multi-program structure addresses their coordination complexity.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of POINT?

POINT's free Core tier is notably generous, offering unlimited volunteers, unlimited admins, event signups, time tracking, a volunteer mobile app, website integration, group management, and automatic reports — with no credit card required. POINT's Pro plan ($1,188.00/year) adds check-in stations, document storage, background checks via Checkr, program management, ongoing events, offline time tracking, and priority support. POINT's Pro for Teams ($2,388.00/year) layers on role-based admin permissions, program workspaces, and dedicated rollout support. G2 reviewers confirm the free tier handles core coordination well, though one noted the check-in station feature being paywalled as a limitation for their workflow.

Is POINT considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers broadly consider POINT strong value, with an average 4.5/5 rating across dozens of reviews. The free Core tier draws consistent praise — one G2 reviewer explicitly noted POINT offered 'more integrations and a better app and interface for pretty much the same price' as competitors, while another highlighted that 'everything cannot be free' as their only gripe. One Enterprise reviewer flagged Pro pricing as 'a little on the expensive side,' but offset that with praise for features. G2 users switching from SignUpGenius and manual spreadsheets consistently report significant time savings, and POINT's transparent, non-paywalled feature disclosure is cited as a differentiator.

"All-in-One Volunteer Management with Easy Implementation and Responsive Support"

5/5

What do you like best about POINT?

I like that POINT has everything I need for volunteer management in one place. From the system, I can text or email my volunteers, which has automated a lot of my work as a volunteer manager. We use it daily to track volunteer attendance and hours. It was easy to implement, and customer support is always super responsive. It took about a month to fully integrate POINT into our daily habits. It is also cheaper than a lot of other products out there, and POINT shows you what they offer up-front instead of behind paywalls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about POINT?

There are a few specific features I’m missing, but they’re definitely not deal-breakers. For instance, an auto-refresh option on the check-in kiosk would be really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is POINT solving and how is that benefiting you?

POINT has helped me in many areas as a volunteer manager. It’s made it easier to digitize volunteer files, contact information, and notes, and it automatically tracks attendance and volunteer hours. It also creates reports quickly. Overall, it has helped tremendously with onboarding volunteers and keeping everything organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for your kind words, Tyshon!

Glad the QR code check-in has made things easier for both volunteers and admins, and that POINT has helped you move away from tracking everything in Excel and dealing with incorrect or missing data.

On the onboarding webinar timing being hard to fit into your schedule: that's great feedback, and we've already added more webinar dates to the Support page. Now, you'll find a live webinar Monday - Thursday.

Thanks for being a POINT nonprofit!
