I like that POINT has everything I need for volunteer management in one place. From the system, I can text or email my volunteers, which has automated a lot of my work as a volunteer manager. We use it daily to track volunteer attendance and hours. It was easy to implement, and customer support is always super responsive. It took about a month to fully integrate POINT into our daily habits. What do you dislike about POINT? There are a few specific features I’m missing, but they’re definitely not deal-breakers.
