What do you like best about Pliant?

I like the simplicity of the tool and the level of control it gives me when managing company expenses. Credit cards can be issued very quickly, and each one can have its own configurable spending limit. This makes it easy to give colleagues the autonomy they need while still keeping financial control.

The mobile app is very practical as well: it offers secure access with MFA and lets me track expenses in real time. Another feature I find particularly useful is the ability to attach the invoice directly to each transaction via the web GUI.

I also appreciate that the system automatically reads the information from the uploaded PDF invoice, which makes expense documentation much easier. Overall, it keeps the whole process of issuing cards, managing limits, and documenting expenses smooth and efficient.

Both the mobile app and the website are usually very responsive; I haven’t run into outages or slow responses.

Support is generally quick for everyday requests. However, it can be a bit difficult to get timely answers for situations that are out of the ordinary, such as company mergers and similar cases.

What do you like best about Pliant?

What I like most about Pliant is how intuitive and easy it is to use, while still offering all the functionality I need for efficient expense management. As someone working in finance, it saves me a significant amount of time by automating key processes.

The platform also sends helpful notifications when receipts are missing, which cuts down on manual follow-ups. I find the commenting feature especially useful as well, because it lets me communicate directly within the platform instead of having to reach out to teammates separately. What do you like best about Pliant?

It is so easy to copy card details and on transactions tab I really like that it is obvious if a receipt is missing. So I don't need to go through every transaction to check. I think I like the UI in general but my main purpose of using the product is uploading the receipts so I am generally happy about this tab and reminder emails when receipts are missing.

Another thing I really like is, when i click on a already uploaded receipt, it opens in a window inside the app (automatic download does not start immediatly) which is very good because I don't want to have a copy of the same receipt on my pc hundred times. What do you dislike about Pliant?

There is no option for our accounting team to request a specific receipt. If i'm so busy or forget about some receipts, or upload a wrong receipt they always write an email to request it on a separate email. And explain what is wrong etc. Maybe there can be a button inside the app to send a notification to the card holder that says "hey, you need to upload this specific one again because of bla bla reason". What do you like best about Pliant?

I have my company credit card from Pliant and have been more than satisfied since I first started using it. I have used the card multiple times and regularly, and it has always worked without any problems. The app and website provide a very clear overview of your payments.

Our company has conveniently linked Pliant to Circula, which means that all credit card payments are recognized directly in Circula and can be easily submitted as expenses.

Invoices and other documents can also be uploaded to Pliant to match the payments, which greatly reduces the accounting workload.

All in all, I am very satisfied and, as an employee of a company that has received a Pliant corporate credit card, I can only recommend Pliant.

I can't say much about customer support, as everything has gone smoothly so far.

What do you like best about Pliant?

the best part: it works automatically! the employees are reminded of the receipts in their own app and we from the accounting department don't have to send annoying emails to everyone involved about what's still missing and that we need the receipts!

Setting up the app itself was no problem for everyone involved, we haven't needed customer support yet - but before signing the contract we had several Zoom meetings and that was very informative and the colleagues from Pliant took a lot of time to answer all our questions! What do you like best about Pliant?

Pliant offers an excellent user interface that is easy and straightforward to navigate. The tool makes my work easier, especially in the area of accounting, which I handle once a month. Receipts can be directly assigned to a payment and uploaded, so I no longer have to chase after my colleagues who were on business trips for missing receipts. I personally use Pliant about once or twice a month as a payment method for employees' hotel bookings. We have introduced Pliant for several team members, which can be easily implemented via invitation through the admin dashboard. In the dashboard, you can also easily keep track of all cards and perform actions such as deleting, loading, or deactivating if needed. You can issue temporary cards which are used one off for employees who don't need a credit card all the time. This is done instantaneously which reduces delays.

You can also link each transaction to a photo receipt which makes it easier to maintain records.

Pliant simplifies many processes for us and allows us to easily issue and manage credit cards for our employees. Additionally, the 1% cashback is a great bonus.
