Pliant offers an excellent user interface that is easy and straightforward to navigate. The tool makes my work easier, especially in the area of accounting, which I handle once a month. Receipts can be directly assigned to a payment and uploaded, so I no longer have to chase after my colleagues who were on business trips for missing receipts. I personally use Pliant about once or twice a month as a payment method for employees' hotel bookings. We have introduced Pliant for several team members, which can be easily implemented via invitation through the admin dashboard. In the dashboard, you can also easily keep track of all cards and perform actions such as deleting, loading, or deactivating if needed. I have not had to contact customer support so far, as I have not had any problems with Pliant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
