**What do you like best about Pliant?**

I like the simplicity of the tool and the level of control it gives me when managing company expenses. Credit cards can be issued very quickly, and each one can have its own configurable spending limit. This makes it easy to give colleagues the autonomy they need while still keeping financial control.

The mobile app is very practical as well: it offers secure access with MFA and lets me track expenses in real time. Another feature I find particularly useful is the ability to attach the invoice directly to each transaction via the web GUI.

I also appreciate that the system automatically reads the information from the uploaded PDF invoice, which makes expense documentation much easier. Overall, it keeps the whole process of issuing cards, managing limits, and documenting expenses smooth and efficient.

Both the mobile app and the website are usually very responsive; I haven’t run into outages or slow responses.

Support is generally quick for everyday requests. However, it can be a bit difficult to get timely answers for situations that are out of the ordinary, such as company mergers and similar cases.

Overall, I believe we’re getting good value for the money spent on Pliant.

**What do you like best about Pliant?**

What I like most about Pliant is how intuitive and easy it is to use, while still offering all the functionality I need for efficient expense management. As someone working in finance, it saves me a significant amount of time by automating key processes.

The platform also sends helpful notifications when receipts are missing, which cuts down on manual follow-ups. I find the commenting feature especially useful as well, because it lets me communicate directly within the platform instead of having to reach out to teammates separately.

**What do you dislike about Pliant?**

At the moment, I don’t see any major downsides to using Pliant. Compared to more manual processes like reconciling credit card statements in Excel or on paper, it is a significant improvement. Pliant meets my needs very well.

Pliant solves the problem of time-consuming and manual expense management processes, such as tracking receipts, reconciling transactions, and following up with employees.

**What do you like best about Pliant?**

It is so easy to copy card details and on transactions tab I really like that it is obvious if a receipt is missing. So I don't need to go through every transaction to check. I think I like the UI in general but my main purpose of using the product is uploading the receipts so I am generally happy about this tab and reminder emails when receipts are missing.
Another thing I really like is, when i click on a already uploaded receipt, it opens in a window inside the app (automatic download does not start immediatly) which is very good because I don't want to have a copy of the same receipt on my pc hundred times. There is an option on that window to download the receipt which is good enough.

**What do you dislike about Pliant?**

There is no option for our accounting team to request a specific receipt. If i'm so busy or forget about some receipts, or upload a wrong receipt they always write an email to request it on a separate email. And explain what is wrong etc. Maybe there can be a button inside the app to send a notification to the card holder that says "hey, you need to upload this specific one again because of bla bla reason".

**What problems is Pliant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It generally helps with tracking, it is easier to follow up to the monthly budget because even when there is no difference of the bought products for 2 months, the currency changes and we pay less or more for the same product. Or basically for IT products, teams change so the billing as well, with the monthly limit it is easy to follow up. Maybe analytics would help even further to for example see how much I've been paying to the vercel on january and how it changed now.

**What do you like best about Pliant?**

I have my company credit card from Pliant and have been more than satisfied since I first started using it. I have used the card multiple times and regularly, and it has always worked without any problems. The app and website provide a very clear overview of your payments.

Our company has conveniently linked Pliant to Circula, which means that all credit card payments are recognized directly in Circula and can be easily submitted as expenses.

Invoices and other documents can also be uploaded to Pliant to match the payments, which greatly reduces the accounting workload.

All in all, I am very satisfied and, as an employee of a company that has received a Pliant corporate credit card, I can only recommend Pliant.

I can't say much about customer support, as everything has gone smoothly so far.

**What do you like best about Pliant?**

the best part: it works automatically! the employees are reminded of the receipts in their own app and we from the accounting department don't have to send annoying emails to everyone involved about what's still missing and that we need the receipts!
Setting up the app itself was no problem for everyone involved, we haven't needed customer support yet - but before signing the contract we had several Zoom meetings and that was very informative and the colleagues from Pliant took a lot of time to answer all our questions!

**What do you dislike about Pliant?**

Online it could be a bit clearer and I am missing some sorting/evaluation options, which would probably be included in the subscription upgrade - so it's only a half criticism.

**What problems is Pliant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't think you can call it business problems - it always takes a bit of time for the transfer to appear in the German account, but that's probably normal from an Austrian account. 
It would be nice to have an Austrian account connection from PLIANT, but since there are warning emails "Account balance is low", you can plan the top-up quite well!

What I like best is the high user-friendliness and the enormous time savings that Pliant offers in daily financial management. The platform is intuitively designed, extremely flexible, and allows you to adjust cards, limits, and permissions in just a few seconds. Particularly helpful is the transparent real-time spending overview, which enables significantly better control and planning. I also use the card on my iPhone, which works flawlessly as well. Additionally, I am impressed by the fast and competent customer support, which immediately helps with any questions.

**What do you dislike about Pliant?**

The range of functions is overall good, however, some integrations with third-party providers could run a bit more smoothly. Occasionally, synchronizations take longer than expected.

**What problems is Pliant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pliant solves the problem of cumbersome and time-consuming management of company credit cards for us as an agency. Previously, applications had to be processed manually, paper receipts collected, and statements painstakingly checked. With Pliant, these processes are digital, automated, and significantly faster. This not only saves us a lot of administrative effort but also increases transparency over expenses and improves our budget planning. The ability to instantly create virtual cards further accelerates internal approval processes and makes us more efficient overall. However, I am just a regular user.

**What do you like best about Pliant?**

Pliant offers an excellent user interface that is easy and straightforward to navigate. The tool makes my work easier, especially in the area of accounting, which I handle once a month. Receipts can be directly assigned to a payment and uploaded, so I no longer have to chase after my colleagues who were on business trips for missing receipts. I personally use Pliant about once or twice a month as a payment method for employees' hotel bookings. We have introduced Pliant for several team members, which can be easily implemented via invitation through the admin dashboard. In the dashboard, you can also easily keep track of all cards and perform actions such as deleting, loading, or deactivating if needed. I have not had to contact customer support so far, as I have not had any problems with Pliant.

It seems a bit expensive to me, but I have too little experience with such system solutions.

You can issue temporary cards which are used one off for employees who don't need a credit card all the time. This is done instantaneously which reduces delays.

You can also link each transaction to a photo receipt which makes it easier to maintain records.

You can also link the card to apple/google wallet so you dont need the physical card al the time.

You have to top up pliant with a manual payment.

Pliant simplifies many processes for us and allows us to easily issue and manage credit cards for our employees. Additionally, the 1% cashback is a great bonus. We use Pliant daily for our business and it was super easy to implement. Great integration for our accounting as well.

We are actually completely satisfied. The customer service is sometimes not so easy to reach, but generally everything runs smoothly.

Nothing comes to mind, the App does exactly what I need. The workflow or integration for expensing Uber rides could be improved but that might be an uber problem - right now I have to download the receipt from my Email inbox and upload it to Pliant, if there was a way to make this easier, it would be great.

The application is really very user-friendly and clearly designed. I can upload receipts directly and thus have my proofs stored in a traceable manner at any time. Additionally, it allows me to pay easily and conveniently from anywhere.

What bothers me is that I cannot directly request a higher limit through the tool at my employer. Instead, I have to first contact externally and then hope that he remembers to further process my request.

I particularly like that thanks to Pliant, I no longer have to wait for the reimbursement of my expenses just because there are bureaucratic hurdles. Since I no longer have to pay in advance, I am much more satisfied :-)

Sometimes the varification notification to my phone is not working but we just use the SMS varification instead. It would be nice to have "tag" that we can edit to our needs then we can easily see what segment the cost falls under

We use it for company cards so having a pliant card make my job generally easier. We don't have to do budgets in other apps since we use the notes feature to keep track of everything.

In the course of our use, I have not noticed anything negative so far. I only had problems for a while with the recognition of documents in scan mode.

I don't understand this question. We acquired Pliant because we need a credit card for several colleagues, sometimes permanently, sometimes just for individual transactions. This flexibility was not available with Commerzbank. Additionally, Pliant makes it very easy to insert receipts promptly, so our accounting department has much less work.
