# Can users swap cards?

We are replacing a member of staff. Can they use the same card as their predecessor, or do we need to order a new card?

Hi Barry,

Pleo users swap cards with one another. Virtual as well as plastic cards are assigned to one single cardholder and must not be shared. By signing our Terms & Conditions, each user confirms to treat Pleo cards as personal cards.

To make the best use of Pleo, we recommend ordering and assigning cards to each employee that make company related purchases.
