"Pivotal Tracker Makes Project Management Easy"

What do you like best?

I love how easy it is to communicate with teammates and management and have an up-to-date list with tasks and all needed resources in order for me to get work done fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The one thing I dislike about the software is how there is no default Points set for each story. Having management that doesn't actually set, use, or care about points means that in order to even mark a story as started, I have to do two extra clicks in order to set a point value first. Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is important to have good project management. Without it, Pivotal Tracker can end up just being another list of tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool, but too expensive"

What do you like best?

It's a great tool for fleshing out tickets and everything associated with them: screenshots, acceptance criteria, etc. I actually really enjoy using this tool because it makes productivity great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The cost is prohibitive. We only purchased a small amount of licenses at our company because it's so expensive which is leading us to look for alternative tools. Because not everyone in the company can use/access the tool, it weakens the level of transparency our company wants/lives by. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Very expensive, so use your licenses carefully! Otherwise, a good tool, but sometimes a little hard to order tickets visually and see everything all at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
