**What do you like best about PitchMonster?**

It gets new hires call-ready by week three. We use short, realistic scenarios, an AI coach, and a scoreboard (now top-10) to drive practice. Admin is easy: we link from our LMS, host a simple SharePoint landing page, and track usage/improvement. The UI has improved steadily, the service is stable, and Success/Support are quick and helpful.

**What do you dislike about PitchMonster?**

More of a wish - export of “exec summary” for all usage/metrics.

"We needed a way to make reps productive fast without endless shadowing. PitchMonster gives structured practice and clear progress (we benchmark attempts, scores, and usage). New hires rate it 4.5+/5, and our internal NPS for recommending it is a 10/10. 
One rep handled a “hot” real customer flawlessly because he’d battled the same situation in PitchMonster and immediately booked a meeting and quote."

**What do you like best about PitchMonster?**

Before PitchMonster, the hardest part of onboarding was giving new hires enough real practice especially on objections. 
We didn’t want to burn our lead lists, and mock role plays weren’t close enough to the calls our team actually gets. 
With PitchMonster, reps can simulate those exact moments over and over until they’re confident. The conversations feel natural, keep context, and handle layered objections without breaking flow.
Since rolling it out, the difference is noticeable on live calls. Reps sound prepared, move through objections faster, and ask better follow-ups. 
Deals are moving quicker, and during onboarding we spot role-fit much earlier, which saves time and keeps the team focused on the right opportunities.

**What do you like best about PitchMonster?**

PitchMonster transforms practice into real performance. The learning curve for new hires was noticeably shortened, leading to net sales that were 1.25 to 3 times higher compared to those who did not use the tool. Employees became more confident, which was reflected in their improved sales results. PitchMonster has provided excellent customer support in the development and implementation of custom scenarios that were easily integrated as daily activities into our onboarding program.

**What do you dislike about PitchMonster?**

Setting up scorecards requires attention to detail. If you need to adjust the scoring after the initial setup, make sure to duplicate the scenario beforehand to avoid overwriting any historical results.

**What problems is PitchMonster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It closes the gap between training and live appointments. Employees start producing revenue sooner, maintain a performance edge across months, and report higher confidence applying skills in the field. Training importance scored 4.5/5 and both Manager and User advocacy is strong.

**What do you like best about PitchMonster?**

The platform is user friendly, and the AI integration makes creating sales scenarios efficient. You are able to easily create scenarios with different degrees of difficulty, and update the scoring criteria to match the call flow you coach to.

Their staff provided excellent onboarding experience, and were very accessible to answer our questions.

**What do you dislike about PitchMonster?**

I am happy with the decision to use them. I have not experienced any negatives as of yet.

**What problems is PitchMonster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pitchmonster has helped our organization provide coaching guidance that is no longer solely on our sales managers. The platform has allowed sales reps to practice and grow their skillset, which can fit into their busy schedules.  One on one role plays with sales managers are not fondly looked at by salespeople. This software allows a person to practice in a safe environment by themselves and review with sales management at a later date.

**What do you like best about PitchMonster?**

With PitchMonster, You enter a few prompts about the prospect, company, and product, Than you customize it to replicate real buyer persona. 
The platform then builds a buyer that talks like your market and throws real objections. 
You can set the starting point already with a competitor, unaware of the problem, budget pushback, etc. and the conversation changes accordingly. This makes training simple and fast. 
Enablement can ramp new reps almost 50% faster or focus on one skill at a time, using custom scorecards and instant feedback.  It’s a quick, effective way to get the team up to speed.

It would be nice to add some user management automation options.

**What do you like best about PitchMonster?**

PitchMonster also helped us a lot to turn  our sales training into real-world practice scenarios. Before we used slides, quizzes or 1-1 role-plays which was either not effective or time consuming. Nowadays it's vital part of our onboarding and upskilling process. Super easy implementation and management. Pitchmonster team was super helpful with the implementation.

Also, when there is a change in process or new product launch it takes just minutes to create role plays instead of days. Enablement and managers have vibisility on tracking.

**What do you dislike about PitchMonster?**

No real complaints so far. First AI role plays were too basic but nowadays you can prompt them to be really good.

We needed a consistent way to make sure our new hires get the hands-on training they needed and tenured reps have the knowledge they need and are up to date with all new features without dragging people into endless pop quizzes or live role-plays. PitchMonster gives us scenario-based checks, clear pass criteria, and fast feedback as the product evolves.

**What do you like best about PitchMonster?**

PitchMonster is extremely easy to get up and running. From the initial pilot, it was very intuitive on how to create effective role plays that can sharpen specific selling behaviors. The solution is very flexible and allows us to model real scenarios and objections that our sellers face. It also enables us to reinforce ideal talk tracks through a custom metric scorecard. Their customer support team is very easy to engage with and they are very open to feedback and expanding the capability of the tool.

**What do you dislike about PitchMonster?**

When creating role plays at scale, it can be a bit manual or repetitive. I believe this has gotten better where scenarios can be duplicated, but it created some extra work to get similar scenarios built.

**What problems is PitchMonster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to PitchMonster, our sellers were not getting any practice on role playing specific scenarios or objections. Additionally, they were not getting coaching feedback on every call. Now they are able to practice as many times as they need in order to hone their talk track. The way the metrics are set up allows us to score the role plays in a way that guides the right selling behaviors we want to see.

**What do you like best about PitchMonster?**

PitchMonster is an extremely flexible, efficient and targeted AI training tool. 
It has allowed us to shape, monitor and assess our new hire's progress and capabilities through onboarding, accreditation and go live phase of employment. 
It was exceptionally easy to implement and provided the capability for us to tailor specific and repeatable scenario's to fit our onboarding and training plan, the personalised feedback and difficulty settings bring the product to life.
Our BDR's were able to practice at a 10x frequency with PitchMonster - this decreased dependency on other team members to coach and mentor self learning was a welcome benefit, as well as the competitive element between participants that created more use.
The PitchMonster customer support team have been very attentive, particularly helping us explore further use cases.

PitchMonster has fulfilled and surpassed our expectation.

User management should be improved. Bulk upload, provisioning, and additional automation within hierarchy settings will be a plus.

**What do you like best about PitchMonster?**

The best part it the ability to  clone my sales scenarios for endless live shadowing. New SDRs and Account Executives can train on real scenarios, handle objections, and improve messaging on their own. But also we can test them on a day-to-day basis after the onboarding.

**What do you dislike about PitchMonster?**

The initial setup requires upfront time to design strong scenarios and scoring criteria. The interface could also be smoother for us to be able to manage a large number of scenarios.

It gives our recruiters a safe space to practice calls and get objective feedback right away. The feedback provides clear, concrete suggestions recruiters can use immediately. Even experienced recruiters had “aha moments” about how they come across and where they can grow.

It took some time to get people comfortable practicing with AI instead of another person. But once they tried it, they realized it’s less awkward than expected — and actually more effective.
